Berkshire International Market

I live on the street right behind this store. So not only is it convenient but it also has some items you don't find in a lot of other stores. The owner is very friendly as well. At first I struggled with his accent, but after almost 11 years in Pittsfield that's not an issue anymore. He also does Western Union and Money Grams. That's helpful to "out-of-towners" receiving money from home or something...lol. I highly recommend you check it out even if you're only passing through.

Great service and affordable price.

There is a little bit of everything from African and Latino food. They also sell pan de dulce but it's always good to ask about freshness. Ice cream sold as well, and even in entire 1.5 quart size. It is a bit small, I found no problem with this but you may want to know. Cashier seemed nice, and had plastic shield and face mask which is good 👍
I bought very large can of mote (hominy) for pozole
