A long overdue review. Not only did Dino provide an absolutely gorgeous ring with top notch customer service, but he did so from nearly 3,000 miles away. The experience was flawless from the initial phone call, to the constant updates via text message and text videos to the actual delivery of the ring via mail, the process could not have gone smoother! Buying a ring can be stressful especially from across the country, but Dino eliminated all the stress with his energy, excitement and dependability. I can't recommend Dino and Lennox Jewelers more highly! Thanks for a great experience.

This is a lovely shop with a very nice proprietor. They have done a lot of jewelry and watch repair for me over the years. I recommend them without reservation!

While the building may seem small on the outside they have everything! Diamonds, gold, beautiful jewelry and gifts and incredible selection of watches! They repair and clean too.

I reached out with a question around changing the clasp on a pair of earrings and he got back to me extremely quickly with suggestions, then worked with me in person to figure out a good solution when our original ideas didn't pan out. Dino is definitely the best jeweler around. He fixed my watch from the 1950s, which was in rough shape. He’s a master craftsmen! Also, great and reasonably priced jewelry. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I don't usually do Google reviews but want to give a big shout-out to Dino Zabian, Lennox Jewelers, for handling a quick romantic engraving need and even bending over backward to let me pick it up after hours. He could not have been nicer to deal with, especially me not being a local so he'll probably never see me again. Still, he was gracious, accommodating, really reasonable in price although that was not a prime concern at the time. I can see why his shop successfully weathered the pandemic. Great Barrington folks must really appreciate him. Actually, it was a competitor who suggested him to me since they didn't do engraving. Now that's a great recommendation!

Checked out a few places to make an engagement ring purchase for my fiancée. Was referred to Dino Zabian at Lennox Jewelers and was told he was “the best”. They weren’t kidding. Dino and Lennox Jewelers is incredible! I’ve dealt with the large Jeweler chains in the past and they can’t compare to the service and care that Dino provided to make sure I found the perfect stone for my girl. Dino provdes the best service and he has a great eye for spotting interesting pieces and the quality is top notch, both new pieces and estate jewels. I have purchased many items incuding dark opal earrings for my niece, opal posts for my liltle granddaughter (her favoite earrings) and an estate amethyst and diamond ring for when she is older. We have gotten our wristwatches at Lennox too and have had Dino do endless repairs. I will be going there again soon for my earring "fix"!
