The employees at East Providence Town Hall are top-notch in their efforts and abilities. When in doubt, ask a question, and if they don't know, they will refer you to someone who does.

I've always had a great experience at the city hall! I also worked at the city hall back in 1975'ish I believe it was. The city hall had a fire and we had to move to another building temporarily...A Ms Ramsey worked in the same office as I did, the city clerks office, it was fun!

We needed to do some business at the East Providence Town Clerk's office. The folks there answer the phone, and actually call you back if you phone without leaving a message. The offices had ample parking on street and in the lot during a mid-day business day visit. We were offered help finding my office immediately after we entered. The clerks were outstanding in their help and efficiency. If only all of government was this good!

I'm a local Realtor and wanted to take a minute to write a well deserved review. These folks at East Providence City Hall, engineering, planning, etc. are very helpful, friendly and don't rush you off the phone. They've always addressed my questions in a very friendly tone and making sure my questions, or my client's questions are addressed. Thank you for helping every single time I've called.

I’ve gone to city hall several times mostly to ask questions. Today I visited the tax assessors office to have them help me read my bill. And I also visited the building inspector to ask them questions. Everyone was really nice, they answered my questions And it took no time at all

I am so surprised this city hall has negative reviews. I've gone in here to pay my water bill plenty of times. I've always received courteous service. Never long line ups. Easy to find with plenty of parking. I think they're great!

Knowledgeable and kind people working here! Came to arrange for some eligible discounts on property tax and water bill, assessors office was speedy, professional and helpful.

My spouse needed to stop off for a marriage certificate, in and out in less than 10 minutes with a raised seal certificate.

Due to the covid and everything that's been happening out there I have high respect for the East Providence City Hall.And they always have a resolution whether I agree or disagree but there is a resolution and it's pretty quick

I had to pay bills and get paperwork straightened out. They're very helpful and knowledgeable in the offices.

Lived here all my 71 years their taxes are up there and too many apartments
