I was referred to All America Travel & Tours by my boss for visa for a business trip. It was very last minute and although, I was met with hesitation at the beginning to avoid making a promise that could not be kept (totally normal and admirable), I insisted and they were extremely supportive. Everything was done promptly, knowing time was of the essence. There was proper communication from the time of filling out the visa application till my passport was returned to me. Everyone in the office that day was supportive and I truly felt like a VIP.

They did such a damn good job, I referred my colleague who also had the same positive experience. I will definitely be back for future travel support.

My parents joined their 10 days 8 states trip last year and enjoyed the trip very much. Couple months ago, my parents found out all America travel is leading a 14 days dreamy passage to Spain and Portugal. They wanted to join but I did not approve because of the pandemic. After talking to the owner, Ms. Ip, she is patient enough to explain her tour in details to me. My parents ended up joined the tour and returned home safely last night. They been talking how wonderful the trip since the moment they get into my car. But what made me touching is Ms Ip sent me pictures of my parents daily and check on my dad blood pressure often. My dad felt that Ms Ip care about him more than his daughter me. I am very happy we found a travel agent whom we can trust. I strongly recommend All American travel especially if you do not have time to travel with your parents.

We joined a Viking cruise back in November 2019. Stella and her staff were wonderful. My mom has lower back problem and therefore limited her ability to walk for a long period of time. Stella and her staff made sure that my mom got wheelchair service from all airports. Stella also tried to request room that was closest to the stairway so my mom didn’t need to walk too much to get to the upper floor. She also recommended different types of portable light weight walker/ wheelchair for my mom to bring on to the trip which she has seen her other clients used on their tours before. Stella has gone above and beyond to make sure that our family was prepared for the cruise. We had a wonderful time. My family and I will definitely use them again for our next trip 😁👍🏻

We joined their most recent 10 days bus tour and we got to see so many cities and towns that we would never thought about visiting, we had so much fun and got to know many people in the same tour, we will definitely tour with them again.

Staff are very knowledgeable and patient, willing to go the extra mile for customers. Prices are very reasonable, assist customers after business hours.

I was really late in the game of applying my Schengen visa, luckily I found All America Travel & Tours and Stella came to rescue! She got me an appointment spot in a week and helped me with the paperwork too. It’s been a smooth process since she stepped in. Very happy with the service and definitely worth the price. Will recommend to my friends and family for sure.

王朝旅遊的工作人員很專業，我在他們這裡辦了中國簽證和回中國的機票，他們的工作人員很耐心的幫助我，解答各種問題，幫我準備資料，我順利簽下來10年的簽證，也買到了價格漂亮的機票，很感謝他們。以後再來他們這裡買郵輪的行程體驗一下，他們的業務很廣泛，機票酒店旅行團郵輪，聽說還有董事長親自帶隊，體驗感非常棒，以後有時間我要來報名！

在朋友的介绍下，我吾2022年九月参加王朝旅游董事长亲自带团的葡萄牙及西班牙，我并没有抱太大的期望，但出乎意料，我在整个行程玩得非常开心。以前我曾经参过类似的团，但。感觉有点像孤儿。王朝旅游董事长和经理对每一个客人都照顾得非常好，令每一个客人都感到很窝心。亦因如此，大家团友显得更亲密。我亦认识了很多新朋友。回来后亦会相约出来吃饭谈添。这是我的真心说话谢谢你，王朝旅游。今天晚上。我会跟随王朝旅游到土耳其14天由。十分期待。

因为着急回国，今年二月份我带父母去王朝办理中国签证，本来一切顺利但是因为后来领事馆更改了政策，导致我们的签证无法继续办理。虽然很不理解但是王朝一直很耐心的为我们处理，后续我们很快就拿回了护照和退款，王朝还为我们买到了便宜的机票，回国的路途一切顺利，非常感谢王朝的耐心和负责。

在參加王朝旅遊團之前，我曾經參加過其他機構主辦，但相比之下王朝旅游真的細心服務。兩個領隊非常專業及非常保護他們的客人. 而且每次遇到情況，立即解決，從來不用我憂心. 他們的行程也跟別家不同，我可以說是每一團他們都給我無限驚喜有些地方我從來沒有可以去到的我都看到了. 從2018年十月第一團去蘇聯至今天我出發參加他們的黃石團. 我雖然已經知曉她們帶團模式，但每－團我仍然有驚喜，真不知道她們有甚麼魔法，但我知道我只曾跟著王朝旅遊去旅遊

It’s good place to book your tour because all staffs are nice and helpful. This place seem to be out dated. Their computers are like window 2000 almost 2 decades old. Furnitures also need to upgrade. The still using old check style receipts and have hand written book keeping in stead of using computer. This place also need a lot organize because stuffs are everywhere. The stairs in the house showed like it’s a family business of some sort. The reason why this place got 4 stars it because of their services that they will take care for you. Young staffs do get a little confused not fully get passing down info who is the previous customer for not knowing what to do. Not really have files in the system and filling out the form every time. They’re still have loyal people come back for business but I just think a quick renovation, new computers, new furnitures, organize and keep tracking of customers database would help to improve on quick look up customer info for young or different staffs to know what to do.
