Boston Bean House

Boston Bean House is a must stop if you are in downtown Maynard. Here is why:

1. This place is big! There is plenty of room for seating and a beautiful outdoor space. The shop is quaint and an easy place to enjoy a morning coffee or read a book.

2. Staff is friendly and helpful! Always a great experience when I get anything and they are fast!

3. Food is good! There is also gluten free options too. They offer breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and an array of pastries.

All in all, well worth the stop either on your morning commute or weekend downtime. Check it out and feel free to look at my photos in this review to get a sense of the space.

This place is great! The breakfast sandwiches are very tasty and unpretentious. The bacon, egg and Gouda bagel is always solid. Don’t be afraid to ask them to swap out the bacon for ham if your bacon quota has been achieved. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is way better than that diner battery acid brew that somehow still gets served at other spots. BoBean is my go to spot for quick breakfast on the weekends.

Nice and relaxing place fir breakfast and lunch. Maria one of the chefs cooks breakfast perfect. Brewed hot coffee is good too!

The employees here are incredibly nice! My friend ordered a Sandwitch but his card declined. They gave it to him anyways in a act of incredible kindness! The food is always terrific no matter what. 10/10

Boston Bean House is a great cafe with lots of space, great cappuccino and baked goods and a good breakfast and lunch selection. Even with COVID I feel safe being there and the coffee and service is excellent.

They've lots of window space so it's nice and bright and it's never been crowded when I've visited. There's limited parking on the street, but it's a short walk from various Maynard parking locations.

Wifi is free with good speeds on the times I've been there.

The staff is always SO nice. I could eat the Mexican breakfast every day.

This place is so awesome!! I’ve only been here a few times but each time, I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee was good but the food was super good!! The wraps are the most delicious I’ve ever had. They sort of toast them and all the ingredients in it were hot and fresh. Great atmosphere to go with a partner or to meet up with friends. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Pricing is a little higher than some other similar restaurants, but the quality of ingredients and the kindness of the staff (even if you have a take-out order, they’ll hand-deliver it to you with a smile if you’re waiting for it at a table!) makes it all worth it. And they have the best iced cappuccino I’ve had this side of the border.

Great breakfast, sandwiches, and pastries. Good coffee. I always enjoy the breakfast BLT. The muffins and scones are very good. A great place to chill, and run into friends. Or to get a quick bite to go.

Excellent coffee and delicious, freshly prepared cuisine with a wide range of options. The tuna sandwich was fantastic. There is room for improvement in terms of outside seating. I'll be back.

The service is great and the coffee is better. Eli and Eli run a tight ship and make it an enjoyable experience to shoot the breeze while waiting. The food is top notch with sandwich professionals in the back. The bakery produces delicate treats that hit the spot when you need a sweet.

Our first visit to Boston Bean House and we were delighted with the quality of the food and coffee we were served for breakfast. Service was friendly and quick as well. Will be returning to try their breakfast sandwiches :)

The Boston Bean House in Maynard is the perfect cafe for me. It's much larger than most other cafes - the tables are well spaced. The coffee is terrific, not simply good (my favorite is the mocha in a large mug). The muffins and croissants are delicious, and the sandwiches are inventive and mouth watering as well!

I use the Bean House to bring the family on Saturday morning, meet friends and also as a second office on quiet Friday afternoons. Oh, and the hours are super convenient: 7am to 4pm.

Lovely place, nice atmosphere and they made me feel at home! Customer service is A+. I will definitely be back!
