The Hotel Northampton

Christmas is super busy for them, but the staff is friendly, and food is good 👍 even when the kitchen is backed up. But it's Christmas, so it's totally understandable. Just be sure to be kind and patient and tip your staff even if they are rushed. They didn't have a bar tender, so it is rough being short staffed on holidays. Remind your Boomer parents to be patient.

Northampton Hotel for our 100th reunion. Our ancestral home proudly sits just down the road. Over time, geographical roots have been planted across America.
We came together to celebrate. Our venue was magical. The ballroom set up for success! The chefs) menu(s) magnificent. Food sublime. The staff professional, courteous, and prompt. Bravo!

Attended a big fat Italian wedding here, it was a wonderful venue for the occasion. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The actual checking in and lack of bell hop service was a definate issue. The checkin desk seemed to care less about the lack of assistance and we weren't the only ones upset by the poor service.
Very sad, because everything else was wonderful.

Charming hotel. The elevators reminded me of The Shining. Rooms are well appointed, recommend balcony rooms. Food was good at the cafe, and you can’t beat the location.

Fiona at the front desk was so helpful and kind with our very last minute booking at Hotel Northampton. So professional and made us feel right at home. Room was spotless, spacious, and beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We had the Sunday Brunch at the hotel's Wiggins Tavern. Absolutely delicious wirh many choices. Make a reservation to be sure to get in as it's very popular.

The top suite. Delicious chocolate up and down the street. Go again with a new purpose. All of it is still there. You will meet folks in the side aisles of libraries. Smith College is breathtaking, historically speaking your language, still.

Loved staying at the hotel! Our room was great and the staff was very pleasant. Jasmin R., Katrina, Emily really made our stay pleasant. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant as well. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

What a beautiful hotel! A historic place to stay that is well maintained and run by a friendly & efficient staff. We had breakfast in their bright & sunny cafe which was delicious. I know they're known for their extravagant brunch in their "Wiggins Tavern" but I just cannot eat that much! LOL. It did look very cozy though so my husband & I want to return in the colder months and sit in front of the enormous wood burning fireplace and have a hot toddy! I highly recommend this hotel when one wants to visit & explore the quaint town of North Hampton with its unique shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is so accommodating and pleasant! They are always smiling and it shows that they enjoy their jobs. The food at Wiggins Tavern was excellent as well. Oh and the beds! They are so comfortable! The rooms are very clean and all the linens are fresh and white. I truly enjoyed my stay.

We booked Hotel Northampton to stay at for our wedding, and we also booked their event space for a breakfast on the morning after our wedding. We were incredibly happy with everything! The rooms were great, and their catering for breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the suite, which gave us more than enough space to get ready. All of the ladies were able to get their hair and makeup done in there no problem. The location of the hotel is perfect too since it’s right in the center of town and guests were able to walk around and explore during their free time. The only slight hiccup that we learned about later on was that not all of our guests had been given the guest bags that we had prepared for the front desk to hand out. Not a big deal though. We would definitely recommend Hotel Northampton to anyone getting married in the area!

Charming hotel, located in downtown Northhampton, MA. Historic inn, very quaint and walking distance to all downtown shops. Attending a wedding in fall 2022, beautiful experience all around! The front enclosed patio is excellent for photos

Where my family/friends stayed when they came to celebrate my college graduation. I'd already moved off-campus into my own apartment in Noho a few weeks before commencement. The Hotel Northampton is a beautiful place to stay, (EXCELLENT Dinner and Brunch), and is a GREAT place for a graduation celebration. It was a VERY nice place to celebrate in!

The building is updated nicely but it shows its age in few place such as the elevators. I found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The staff is EXCELLENT. Very welcoming.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Northampton in the Gothic Garden Suite for our wedding weekend. We really enjoyed our spacious room especially for having our brides and groomsmen over prior to the wedding. Hotel Northampton was great to work with during our planning process to block hotel rooms for our guests as well as hand out gift bags when our guests arrived. Additionally, Hotel Northampton is located in the heart of Northampton which made it very easy to walk to nearby restaurants/stores. We highly recommend a stay at this wonderful hotel and could not have asked for a better wedding weekend accommodation!

Amazing service. This was our first trip with our new born and they basically provided every accommodation possible. Highly recommended!

We used the Hotel Northampton as a base for our family and friends for our wedding at Valley View Farm in November. The staff were lovely and accommodating and our suites were incredible. Perfectly located in the middle of all the action in Noho

We popped in last minute for a bite. Turns out it was a pre Valentine prix fixe menu. Ordered the salad, 8 Oz sirloin (more than 8 oz)cooked just as ordered. My asparagus was crisp and tender, the mashed potatoes were creamy with a hint of garlic.. My wine was not part of the menu, I chose a glass of the Rioja, My server told me it was one of the most chosen reds. Paired nicely with the steak. I picked the classic cheese cake for dessert. Also a great choice. I ordered a cappuccino, which was perfect. All in all a great choice.
