Amazing chicken Marsala, and the hand breaded chicken tender/nuggets were so delicious! How can you beat $13 for 32 nuggets?!? (It’s a Saturday special)! The prices were exceptionally reasonable, and surprising for the quality and quantity. We can’t wait to go back! “EDIT”, we went back, and had more amazing food .. and if they have it, TRY THE SEAFOOD CHOWDER! It’s the BEST I’ve ever had!!

For Christmas my boss at BlackHawk Industrial treated the team to lunch at EB's. The food was hot, delicious and the sevice was very good. Attention to detail goes along way in customer satisfaction. We will be back. Thank you.

Boneless chicken tenders are huge. Got a 5 PC and two of us shared and curly fries. It was the perfect amount for lunch. Ordered plain with 2 different dipping sauces on the side. Would recommend anyone to eat here.

What's tp say i've had a lot of different dishes and they are all good. Some say their sauce is a little bittter, but i don't taste it. Everything is great. My Friday night place to eat. Nancy the waitress is one of the great parts of going there.

Always great food there especially for a chicken place. It's not like all the other ones it's more of a feel at home style.

They were busy friday night so it took alittle bitt to get our food. Worth it as the food is always good

The food and service are always excellent. Their wings and alfredo are my favorites but anything you order, you can expect to be superb. One of THE best local places to get grub!

Had the 1/2 size fish and chips and it was fantastic! Plenty to eat, they certainly don't skimp on their portions. Great value too!!

I like the crowd that it draws and it has really good Italian food. The sauce that I got I thought it was really good. It might not be as good as like really fancy restaurants if you like fancy stuff but I like it cause it was simple, but I got marinara sauce because I’m a vegetarian I thought it was really good sauce for my pasta.

Best wings in Western Ma. My favorite is the siracha gold.

Was introduced to the restaurant as ESE staff, the prices are fair for the portions and the food is delicious. Especially that 24k

Best wings and flavors in the area. A bit out of our way but when ever in the area I try to stop in. 24k gold wings are amazing.

Been coming here for years. This place never disappoints!!! If you are craving wings. You have to check this place out!!!

By far the best wings I’ve ever had. I left Agawam for Florida in 2011, and to this day I’ve not found wings I enjoy as much as E.B.’s. I make it a point to eat here at least once every time I find myself flying back to New England.

Great chicken dishes and friendly staff! The nuggets are delicious and huge, beer selection is nice. I had a seasonal hard cider that was fantastic. I wish more places carried them.

Good chicken, great meal, good service. Won't be back though, the fox news on the tv turned my stomach. I guess it's a business decision to bring in that kind of customer. Not for me.
Edit: The owner responded below and with an excellent answer. I amended my star review to reflect. But Ed, know that putting that channel on will keep people from coming back. I do not patronize businesses that display that.

Had the boneless wings with "24K Gold" sauce .. EXCELLENT! Tried me friends garlic/parmesan too and it was even better! Fries were hot and perfectly fried. Service was great too! I'm from FL and wish I could come back more frequently!
