They are lucky I'm giving them two stars but it's only because I love their cookies. The old man that has worked there forever is the rudest person I have ever encountered. My four year old was coughing while standing in line with me and every time he would look at him and glare even though he was covering with his elbow. Then my little guy was looking at the cookies on display and his hands were on the glass. I'm in food service too and I get it's probably so exhausting to wipe the glass down at the end of the day *sarcasm* but he yelled at him to take his hands off it. Don't work at a cookie place if you don't want to deal with children. Years ago he yelled at me for leaning on the counter while waiting. Miserable man, find a different profession.

Online ordering is a joke! They defaulted my date of delivery would absolutely NOT take responsibility for it. Then I was emailed in a fashion that there was no adresssed person just comments in the email like I was just another friend being texted to not in a professional setting addressing a customer! So now they kindly’ and I use this term loosely to cancel my order because they didn’t get it here on time?!! So I asked them to refund the delivery charge or upgrade my order for all the inconveniences they are causing. The answer’ I can gladly cancel your order, I’m sorry we have misscomuni acted several times with confusion 4x’s over the correct date of delivery for the surprise birthday treat?!!! WHATTTT
The answer is no thank you! My very first time ordering and my last!! I love Shari’s berries and will stay with them. I have several corporate accounts with like companies, this one failed miserably and tested their potential client like ZERO. Don’t care at all. Neither do I NEXT. Poor customer service!!

Absolutely awful service- ordered a 16" cookie cake for my husband's birthday on Thursday and pre-paid the full $41.99. They told me to come in on Sunday (today) at 1pm to pick up the cake. I showed up and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE WAS THERE. They never even opened the location. You can see in my photo the one lone stale brownie from the night before. No one answered the phone, and I don't have my cake. Don't buy here unless they're physically handing it to you on the spot.

The guy working sell me old brownies really hard to eat and really bad tastes I end in the hospital with stomach problems I couldn’t eat anything for few days

The older Caucasian gentleman that was working tried to sell me old cookies at a discount rate because he didn't not want to grab me fresh cookies. He insisted that I had to purchase the box of older cookies which had random flavors that I am allergic too. I asked if I could purchase a side of frosting and he rudely and loudly said he couldn't do that. He passed me my cookies roughly and walked away from the counter. I would not return to this location. I was Absolutely appalled with his service.
