Palazzo Cafe

I am a flight attendant and went for a quick walk before my trip. I saw this place and went in hoping they had something gluten free. I asked and they made me a delicious ham sandwich on a GF bagel! It was so good! I also had a latte that was perfect. So very nice! Beautiful pastry section and lovely people. Make it a place to stop if you’re in the area.

I'm only in Springfield for work once every couple of months BUT I always treat myself to Palazzo Cafe on my way home. Cappuccino and Italian cookies for the ride home from the cafe are always delicious. I grew up in a large Italian family and Luisa reminds me of all of my aunties. She's very sweet and makes me feel like I'm in her kitchen at home rather than a coffee shop on Main street. Highly recommended!!

One of the nicest and most cozy cafes that I know of. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere from both the decorations, and the wonderful lady that serves you. Without a doubt one of the nicest people I have ever met in customer service. The food comes out fast even when there are 10 other customers ahead of you, and is well made. The menu actually has a decent range, and the deserts are definitely worth it.
Definitely a place to enjoy a summer lunch with a date outside on the tables, or to meet with a friend to catch up.

The owner is an absolutely amazing and wonderful woman, so friendly! Coffee is spot on!

Everyone was so so sweet. The food/coffee was delicious and the service was top notch. I felt like they knew who I was and my whole life story. Felt so good to be in such a welcoming environment. I will for sure be returning.

What a gem! I wasn’t expecting much, just glad to find something that wasn’t a chain shop. Was bowled over by the genuine Love and kindness the family of owners shares with everyone who walks in the door. Serious good vibes permeating the whole place this morning. Grateful for a pick-me-up more powerful than coffee.

I have been going here for many years now for morning coffee and a muffin and also many times for lunch. The service is always excellent as well as the food. You always feel welcomed by their staff, Silvana and the owner Luisa and they work very hard to make this the best place to go. They have won The Greater Springfield Convention and Visitors Bureau Howdy Award for great service and it was well deserved!!

Stopped for lunch with my husband today for the first time. The woman at the counter is a gem and I would go back everyday just to see her if I could. I was having a not so great day and she made me smile

Great sandwiches, paninis and wraps! They also have much more like coffee, expresso and cappuccinos. The owners are always working there along with the staff and they are all very friendly. I've gone there to eat many times and it's always a great consistent experience.

We loved this cafe. A few of us went to lunch and had amazing food along with great customer service. We love small business and appreciated the awesome customer service from the owner and staff. Great cappuccino and sandwiches...A must when downtown Springfield, Ma.

Best coffee this side of Mt Vesuvio! Great food, awesome ambiance, wonderful people. Sinatra on the wall, St Francis keeping watch. The best. Grazie!

I have been getting breakfast here for months and I have never once been disappointed. The lovely ladies that work here always make sure everything is correct and the food always tastes great. Their lunch menu is just as good, and it tastes homemade. If you're in the area you're missing out if you don't stop by and visit.

Finally got a chance to check this wonderful establishment out today. They have outdoor seating, awesome sandwiches, pasta dishes, salads, pastries, cookies, drinks, and much more. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are downtown for lunch time during the week.

WOW!! What a place to go. (You absolutely should!) The coffee was great and the service was PHENOMENAL. The ladies there are incredibly welcoming and friendly. Definitely a great place for afternoon coffee and dessert!

The Sorpano sandwich was excellent. The soup is homeade. I didnt expect the pastry, they have a lot. Good service, actual Italian grandmas serving you. Funny location in the lobby of a corporate office building. Lawyers on break hanging around talking shop.

Had business downtown today and I made it a point to stop here as always. Luisa and her staff were great, the breakfast sandwich great and the chocolate pastry delicious. Stop in.
