My family and I visited the park last thursday while kids on school vacation and we had a great time there. Despite ariving late at the park to fully enjoy the day pass hours, manager was very understanding of the circustances and offered us to stay as free guests and allowed us to return to the park and be able to use the actually day pass bought and to to take fully advantage of everything the park offers. My family and I are very gratefull for this experience.

The employees at this place were amazing from the frontdesk, management, lifeguards down to the restaurant and Guy's at little store in the front. Having that many people
who are amazing with customer service is really rare. My son has autism they were accommodating to no end. Thank you all so much. Dom at the store you are great and the lifeguard Julius is such a sweetheart. Can't wait to have my son's party there they have an amazing staff.

This is a smaller water park than I'm used to, but not overly priced ($45) was not packed when we got there. Lazy river, small play pool with basketball hoops, kiddie pool section, large water slides with and without tubes to use, bigger water playground with slides that adults can use with children, hot tub but signs do say must be 15 years or older to use. You can buy food or swimwear if need be, and they do have table and chairs available, but first come, first grab, or you may only have chairs available. The pool area during the winter months is only open from 11a.m. to 7 p.m., but you can get tired out in these 8 hours.

Great place to bring your kids . If not cap codder, definitely bring them here. Drinks are lil expensive, pack some in advance, or there's other options within a 15-minute drive from here. They also have a mini arcade before entering the water park.

It was the best time of my life and spending time with my daughter! Ya sure the floor was messy but it’s a water park it was so much fun me and my daughter went down on the water slides like a million times! When it was lunch time we ate food and their food was amazing! The lazy river was slow and relaxing we had fun on that and even got to go around three times! And if you have little ones there is a little kid section with two little slides and if two slides are not enough for an and your kid you can go together on the big kid slides. And you can buy a private little house if there is no seats to sit. go here if don’t not like the first time try it again. - this was written by my 10 year old daughter. 🥰

Had a blast taking my kids here for the thanksgiving weekend. This place is really good for small kids under 10 yo. My kids are 1.5 yo and 4yo. They both have fun. Although the highest slide they couldn’t take , the 4 yo were able to take all the other activities. The ticket price is fare. $30 for night time from 4-9 which not many people. However the locker is a rip off. $10 for such a small locker and $15 for a bigger one which is just enough for winter time for 2 peoples belongings. They only open on weekends otherwise we will definitely sign up for membership.

Google wants me to rate this one, as I'm unsure of what a good or great water park should be, I'm rating it 5-stars with that disclaimer. When I go, the water is clean and chlorinated. The staff at the desk are friendly, and plenty of lifeguards around. They're open year round, and their target demographic is kids, but they do have at least one adult depth pool. I started going in the summer because my son inherited my tendency to burn if he looks at the sun sideways, but he loves going year round. They are pricy, but if you go more than a handful of times, it's best to get a pass. I'm not a huge fan of the hours, but they're open often enough. Buy tickets online, even if you're already at the desk, as they're almost always cheaper, and if by your second or third visit you think you'll go regularly, ask about a pass.

Not too big compared to Great Wolf but enough for the kids running around. Day passes are much cheaper also. $45 only. Recommend for a get Way day with kids.

Great place to take the kids on a boring winter weekend. We visited this place on Saturday. Despite the crowd, the line for the water slides lasted 10 minutes maximum. The food is delicious, but try to buy in advance. At some point, a very long line is formed. Come early to borrow the chairs. There is no swimwear shop here so don't forget your swimsuits. We did not notice any shortcomings. The children were happy.

Adult and kid friendly. I have. Broken ankle so I used the lazy river. They have water slides and the water park is for all ages including adults. There is plenty of lounge space. There are locker rooms with showers/bathroom/ change rooms. There is snack and drink shacks and food near by .

Had a great time with the kids and away from the heat of the beach. Great place for kids of all ages. Outdoor slap pads and lazy river. Multiple water slides and great separation for the different ages of the kids.

Our family had a blast!!!!!! The girls loved the place and us adults had a great time as well!! We wish the last river was open longer though!!! Best part for us adults 😄 I would just say to make the pizza have a little flavor and less hard crust.

I had a good time, so did my daughter. I think it is bigger than the indoor water park in North Conway. They had a individual family changing room. Plenty of lifeguards who were paying attention. I did not get a chance to try all the slides, ones I did were fun. Lagoon was crowded with kids pushing into you. Bottleneck at entrance/exit of lagoon. Water was warm. Felt cold walking around. Could not be helped. Lockers are small. Try not to bring much. I believe they provide towels. Showers have body wash. Handicap accessible for lagoon. Same price as North Conway. Tried to call ahead of time but only got automated message. North Conway has a wave pool, CoCo does not.

This place is GREAT and CLEAN!
We had terrific experience for my sons birthday party.
The new management and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The Assistant Manager Ryan and staff made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend and will return.
Thanks for an amazing day!

We celebrated my son’s birthday party at the water park. We had a group of 40. Everything went so smoothly. The staff were very attentive from planning the party to the day of the party.
I highly recommend

I did not go play in the water here, but it looked pretty fun. Also there is food nearby which is probably good for some of you who want to eat somewhat frequently (like me).

I am writing this review after spening several hours here over the course of 2 straight weekends. My 5 year old had a blast. My 16 month old was also well entertained here. The food is not great but the pizza is huge. I recommend going to Santarpio's for pizza when you leave the park. Generally clean. Outstanding value compared to the cost of Great Wolfe lodge.

You won't regret a day here.

Pro tip: Book the waterpark package at the hotel and you get into the water park morning of arrival and the next day.
