Great location. I worked directly with Chris and she was awesome! There was no working the system or scamming. I knew exactly what I wanted and Chris made the numbers work. The facility is brand new. Clean and professional. Their waiting room area is great too, fast WiFi, free drinks and yummy coffee. I am very pleased with my purchase and to have worked with this team. Hitting the Gong at the end was pretty fun too!

Excellent Service! Scott Coughlin was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with his customer service and knowledge of cars. He encouraged me to do my own research. I spent about 30 minutes with him, and ended up buying a beautiful Mercedes. Very easy transaction, good price, and great customer service. I also spent several minutes with William the finance manager. He was wonderful and helped me with my credit union. I would recommend this dealership to all. Overall, Bloody Brilliant dealership.

Kit, our sales person went above and beyond. She is the best poster child for the best customer service. We actually spent a little more and a longer drive rather than doing business with another Subaru dealership. We were treated with respect, there was no “ hard sell” tactics. All questions were answered and very personal service.

I have visited this dealership and met Jack Jimenez as Sales Consultant. I never met this kind of sales person in my whole life before. He never gave me any pressure to buy vehicle in this dealership. He just keep trying to helping me what is best deal for me. We talked a lot about our interests for vehicle. I was super happy to talk with him in person while we talked. He has warm-heart person who I never met before. Also he is very knowledgeable person who know about vehicle. I am very impressed his knowledge about vehicle from IRA Subaru beyond other competitor's vehicles, too.

This is a big reason I would like to tell you who is Jack Jimenez from Ira Subaru. I would highly recommend him if you want to buy Subaru vehicle from someone. I am sure you would be very satisfied his great support.

initial impressions were mid… but changed quickly in a good way. Ended up buying a car, was very pleased with the Salesman and Manager. good conversations doing business as-well as personal. Definitely will be my first stop when im in the market again, and would recommend Habib(salesman) for your next or first buy.

My experience was great! So much better than the Subaru dealership in Haverhill. The service was quick, no up sale, informed me of the military discount, and even washed the vehicle. I was so shocked how professional and extra attention I was given. Made me feel like I wasn’t being lied to and feel comfortable. I will drive that extra miles to get all my services and needs to only to IRA Subaru.

The service agent David was wonderful to work with. He kept me updated and walked me through every detail. He was professional and personable. I am so thankful that Yvonne is always there! She fulfills the title of Service Advisor completely, and I appreciate all of her help when I need to bring my Forester in for service. I also appreciate the new system that is in place that allows me to see what the service technician is talking about with the video that is provided. That is a big plus for me. And, I absolutely love the new building and waiting area. I didn't mind being there for 5+ hours at all!!

I recently was out of state and in need of assistance with my car. My mother offered to get the car looked at at Ira Subaru dealership in Danvers. I am here to express my gratitude towards the service team: especially towards service advisor Yvonne D. for taking over for Lindsay during break and towards the Service Director Mr. Hutt. For listening to concerns and being able to a comfortable yet smooth outcomes of the services and what can be done for the car.

From the outset, the team at Ira Subaru demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to customer care. Not only did they promptly address and resolve the issues with my car, but they also went above and beyond to ensure my mother and I knew about the details and problems my car has been having.

The staff treated my mother with kindness, patience, and respect, taking the time to address her questions and concerns. This level of consideration went a long way in alleviating any worries I had about my car and how it was functioning.

We came in to buy 2 cars a little over a month ago. One of the vehicles we bought, used, was needing some work on the brakes. We brought this car in maybe 4 or more times for the shop to try to get the issue sorted, and the last time we brought it in, the rep in the service department, Roger, was condescending and rude. He was patronizing, and didn't listen to my complaints about the vehicle at all. Since we had brought the vehicle in for the same issue multiple times, I had additional questions about the repairs, and he kept talking over me. His coworker, Alyssa, helped answer our questions since Roger kept trying to brush over them. Alyssa was amazing and really made sure I understood what repairs the shop had done.

Roger promised us that the vehicle had been fixed, but 20 minutes down the road we were still having the same issues of the brakes grinding and squeaking and the emergency brake being very loose. We called him to let him know that the car wasnt working right, and instead of having us bring the car back, he argued that we didn't know what we were talking about and squeaking brakes are normal. I asked to speak to a manager to get further assistance and he hung up the phone on me. So I called our sales rep, Jack, who listened with empathy and understanding. He had us bring the car back and listened to our frustrations. He called a manager over, Sophia (I think), who also listened and understood why this was upsetting. At that point, we didn't trust the service department to help us any longer and we told them we wanted to give the car back and find something else. Jack helped us look at multiple vehicles on the lot. One of the first used vehicles that we looked at had front end damage. After looking under the hood, we noticed that the front bumper bar was pushed/bent in and had damaged the condenser and the radiator. This vehicle had gone through the shop and "passed" inspection. Jack brought it up to a manager and they pulled that vehicle off of the lot as it was not ok to be sold in that condition. Jack helped us get into a brand new 2024 Subaru and his other manager, JP, helped us feel very comfortable in the choices we were making and also listened to our concerns about the shop not repairing vehicles appropriately and also sending vehicles to the lot to be sold when they clearly have major safety issues. Overall, Jack was the main reason we are still doing business with IRA today. His ability to escalate concerns, truly listen, and advocate for his customers is something you don't find from your typical car salesmen. If you're coming in to get a vehicle ask for Jack. He's going to do everything with integrity and he's gonna follow up with you multiple times to be sure you are fully taken care of! Thanks again Jack, for taking a really crummy situation and turning it into a very positive experience!
