Our family had the best experience at this funeral home during our time of sorrow and great loss of our father. You will not find a more compassionate, professional funeral home director than Jana. The owner is an amazing lady! And have great values and is a Christian ! The she is very Sympathetic and looks out for family members ! She will definitely have the rest of my family when it is Time ! She goes beyond what I have ever seen a funeral home do ! Highly recommend her!

I moved my preneed funeral arrangements from another funeral home to Heirloom Funeral Services. The whole process was simple and I didn't have to do anything but sign forms. I didn't have to go to the other funeral home or even call them. Heirloom Funeral Service is a Lee County family owned establishment, they are a true hometown feeling funeral home.

This is bob ! And they are great people ! Very honest and kind ! I don’t know why anyone would have anything bad to say about them and their services ! They even try to help small business in town whenever they can. I would definitely recommend !!!!

This is a HORRIBLE funeral home. My grandmother was treated so dirty after losing her husband. The owner is crooked, and runs her own agenda. They lied, took her money & took advantage of her. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have filed a formal complaint because of the horrible treatment my sickly grandmother received. This place should be shut down.

My step grandfather died in April and this place treated my grandmother horrible took away all her rights as a wife and let his sister make all the decisions for the funeral. They offered no grief counseling to my grandmother lied to her so many times, withheld his death certificate and ashes from her and she had just been released from the hospital and hadn't seen her husband for a month before he passed. Please take your business somewhere other than here somewhere that will respect all sides of the family. Rated -100

This business is incredibly unprofessional, they fail to follow through with any requests from the wife of the deceased . They promised many things of which none were fulfilled. In most places the wife would make any and all calls related to her husband, but instead her wishes were disregarded in lieu of extended family's wishes. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone under any circumstance.

I wouldn’t trust this place to bury roadkill. Unbelievably bad service. As dishonest and unprofessional as it gets. You’ve been warned👎 You treated one side of the family with respect while disregarding his WIFE’S interest. How can this be right? You made promises to us that you failed to keep. You did this in her own home. Where I come from your word is your bond. With you though, your word isn’t worth a squat.

The worst service you could ever get. It's a shame they are in business. At a time when you are most vulnerable you don't expect the funeral home which is in charge of your loved ones remains to lie to you and totally disregard your basic rights. In my opinion you are the lowest of the low.

This review is not placed to be unkind it is to State a fact when you take advantage of a terminally ill 74 year-old woman there's something wrong with you they can claim they're sorry come see us experience our services I think not you would do better at a kennel they do not deserve to be practicing any form of service to the public and I can say that from firsthand experience I wish they would just shut them down

I would not recommend this place. This place Or should I say the people are HORRIBLE they lie more than a politician They treated my grandmother horrible when her husband passed away. Even tried to withhold his ashes from her. This place should be shut down. I would never recommend!!!

Our experience was and is really bad. There is no way I can recommend any one to use this place for any reason.I can not believe that they are still in business. They are very unprofessional. They are extremely unethical.
