As first time customers & dealing with the challenges of staying safe during the Covid-19 calamities, the remote distance between us meant nothing because the products could be drop shipped from the manufacturer/distributor. I had a very pleasant experience when ordering a shingle hoist ladder. From their user-friendly website to their customer service. Mike McGouran helped me along the way. When I ordered, the product wasn’t available. As so many products aren’t right now across all professions. However, as I expressed my urgency in getting this ladder, Mike did everything in his power to find and get me one as soon as he could. He came through for me in a big way. Mike even tracked the shipment through, gave me a heads up the day I should’ve received it and followed up after I received the shipment to make sure I had everything and that if everything was OK. I appreciate the customer service and I would highly recommend ordering from this company as I will for any future needs. Super stoked about the hoist. Works great!!

Unbelievable service and pricing. I researched for months trying to find a cheap 40 foot fiberglass ladder. I checked every big box retailer and local building supply companies. Hands down Industrial ladder saved me over $300 on a Werner 40 foot fiberglass ladder. The shipping was free and within a couple of days I received my ladder. Right to my door. Unloaded and brought onto the property by Lupe. Great service. He called to tell me the exact time he was going to be there. DJ took my order and was very courteous. Home Depot and Lowes both would have taken over a month to deliver the same ladder. This place is awesome. They definitely got my business.

I ordered the Fakro Ladder on a Sunday for a great price. Even after taxes, it was cheaper than any other retailer. I got an order confirmation, but no shipping details or ETA. I waited until Wednesday to contact them and their representative was very helpful in guiding me to my local district from where it was being delivered from. They told me that it was actually going to be delivered today, Wednesday, as their freighter was enroute to my home. I was out and about and received a call from the guy and he gave me a 25 minutes ETA. When he got here, he carried that huge thing all by himself and laid it on the floor of the garage where I asked. He was very friendly, smiling, and very helpful in any questions that I had. I will definitely be giving these guys my business when in need of attic ladders.

Great prices, selection, and service. I received the ladder I ordered soon after purchase, without paying exorbitant shipping fees. Additionally, I needed to request an exchange due to an error on my part, and they were really cool and friendly about it (which instantly reduced my stress level). I ordered pump Jack's in 2011 for great price and delivery was great in may 2019 ordered 2 Werner 375 rated ladders price and delivery within a week great again soooooo new I'm back in June for stages. Great company period

Great service and fast delivery! Called me when I ordered a ladder online to let me know approx when to expect the ladder delivery, and ladder was delivered to my house in a couple of days.

Very poor service they never answer the phone and weren't very helpful after I received the wrong item.They told me several times that they would get in touch with me the next day but never did .After finally getting in touch with them after dozens of phone calls and being put on hold for long periods of time I was informed that I had to return the wrong part that was shipped to me at my expense.I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.

I came to buy and the guy was in a bad mood. If you don't want to sell, let it do something else. Bad service.

great service?? I have been calling for 2 hours for info on ladders I need for my business tomorrow , actually got hung up once and the other 15 times got transfered to voicemail?? Can't call the store direct was told this morning from a rep that he was in a call center and told me a ladder wasn't OSHA approved when I found out later from a different company it is. Industrial ladder invest in your company get enough people that don't hang up on potential customers and are knowledgeable in your product.

Terrible company, terrible (non existing) customer service. They never pick up the phone, never call or email back. Placed an order 10 days ago and my idem hasn't been shipped yet and no explanation why, when or if I am going to get my order. Stay away!
