James Mowel helps me with the pest control. Does very good job, always has happy face whenever I meet him and it always feels good to meet and have quick talk with him. He calls up ahead of the visit to inform on the treatment. Customer satisfaction is his utmost priority as it is evident with the treatment he gives and the results I see ( my yard is almost pest free) plus he makes sure he talks to the customer personally as well.

James Mowel has been my Pest Technician for several years. James is very organized and always provides excellent service. He is professional and goes out of his way to make sure I am satisfied with his service. He explains the product that he is using and what is for. James is hands down the best. He is SO responsive and always wants what is best for the customer. When we had a Red Wasp problem, he was so responsive and said up a follow up each week to ensure the problem was gone. Additionally, we recently had a scorpion issue because of the lack of rain and we are in a new construction area. James was first to respond, and quickly came out to spray! He came within a few hours, as he always puts the customer first and helped put me (and my 3 pets at ease). He is 10/10 for customer service, knowledge and personality!

Always come when they say they will. Fast response for any problems. And there aren’t any critters in my house! If only the rest of my contractors were this good…..
