Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas - Lewisville

Great place to stay at. Stayed a week extremely great room service and the staff is amazing. Friendly always willing to chat. This was my second time to stay with them. Stayed there last year during thanksgiving and they fed us dinner Texas style thanksgiving dinner it was great. Highly recommend this place. Pool and hot tub where great hot tub could have been warmer but it was still refreshing. Pool was great. Room was extremely clean and well stocked with everything you would need. This hotel does have a full kitchen in the rooms with a full fridge and dish washer. Living room nice size. Will definitely be back!

This was agreat place to stay. We stayed a week and enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was excellent. It was great to have places to shop across the street.
The people at the desk was always great. House keeping was great to.
Will definitely stay again. The price was right for a week.

Nice hotel for decent price. Rooms are spacious. Bedroom bathroom, living room and small kitchen. Everything was in good condition.
Good location. Close to everything you need.

Kellie is an absolute joy to work with. She has made travel for my company a breeze. She works hard to ensure that we are satisfied with each individual that we house for 2 to 3 weeks at a time at this location. She is even willing to help us on a national level. She has a big heart and makes sure that her hotel runs as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this location. Not only is the hotel a quiet place to stay at, but the rooms are beautiful. From the comfy beds to hot tub to the breakfast, everything this hotel has to offer is perfect for any occasion. The front desk staff also strive their best to make any process of staying at the hotel a quick and easy thing.

Fabulous!!! They made me feel like family. The Hotel was Very Clean & I could even smell the bleach, in the linens & cleaner, when I walked into the Rm. I was there for a few days & noticed that they have a reg. schedule that they follow. And, everyone really cares about their job & it shows!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here.. We were traveling with two large dogs so we didn't have that many options in the first place but this hotel had a great pet policy and a reasonable $75 fee for our 5 night stay. No additional fees just the one which is absolutely amazing. The room was nice, separate sleeping area, full size refrigerator, all the items you would need to cook. We enjoyed breakfast near the lobby each morning and we're very happy with the selection. I will definitely be coming back to stay with them again. I highly recommend!

I was worried with some of the reviews but I'm so glad I booked our stay here. Family of 5 who really need 2 rooms but my kids aren't old enough to stay by themselves. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. We walked in and could tell it was freshly cleaned. There is a kitchen to the right with full size fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, stove top, sink and dishes/ pans. To the right there is one room with 2 queen beds. It had it's own TV, closet and bathroom. The middle room is the living room. It has a pull out sofa bed, couch, chairs, TV, fireplace etc. To the left was a room with a king size bed. It has a closet, bathroom and jetted tub. I didn't try the jetted tub but it was the only thing that could've used updates. The beds and pillows were fine. Air seemed to keep it cool. Nice basketball court outside. The first thing my boys wanted to do was to play. The hot tub and pool looked nice but I didn't have a chance to go. The breakfast had a good variety; eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bagels, pastries and juice. Plenty of space and places to sit. Overall highly recommend.

Great location, Easy check in , breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in awhile . The rooms are a little dated but mine was clean and comfortable.

We had a one bedroom suite it was nice it was clean I had one little problem with the shower rod maintenance came up right away and fixed it staff is very nice hotel seem to be very clean only thing I'm sure they have a problem with the carpet and the lower level which seems to be a wet smell but I'm assuming it's only because of people come in from outside of the pool 24/7. But other than that I recommend staying here I guarantee you have a good night's sleep

Maribel was sweet and nice as I checked in to attend a funeral and take care of some family business. Love the breakfast n the happy hour. Nice place for a family needing a place to stay til their home is down being built. I will be returning soon. I am having my home built starting in a couple weeks. The kitchenettes n apt type feel is nice. And will make the stress of my new home being built easier to manage

This was a beautiful hotel! We passed through on our way to Houston, and found every other hotel booked up. I called Homesuites expecting the same, but as luck would have it, they had just had a cancellation on a king suite. So we jumped on it, and hoped it was nice. It was. The room was immaculately clean, and very beautiful. The bed was so comfortable! 6 fluffy pillows, plenty of towels, and all the extra amenities. We slept like babies. The staff was also very friendly and courteous. Will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were nice and spacious with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room/kitchen; all a good size and not cramped in any way. The complimentary breakfast was very good and not half-assed like a lot of hotels do. The room service was great, and all employees were incredibly kind to us. Definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is new so of course No complaints. We were the first to stay in the room which was AWESOME. I also have to give a huge compliment to the Manager and staff . Everyone was soo polite and friendly especially the Manager Kristen. If you see her tell her ROLL TIDE!!

Awesome tucked away place in Lewisville. Very convenient to lots of shopping, food, and activities. The rooms are very affordable and quality. Probably one of the best hotels of this brand I've stayed in. The experience here has been nothing short of great so far. No complaints at all about my stay here. Whenever I'm in this area, I will likely make this my first choice for accommodations.

The room was spacious, modern, and well kept. The staff was always very friendly. I feel the layout of parking and the elevator was a bit cumbersome, but not that big of a deal. Overall, I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Clean rooms ! Spacious suites as well. Close to several resturants. Nice outdoor grilling area. The outdoor pool can get a little crowded during peak times. Lite supper & beverages provided M - F. Fresh breakfast every morning. Really helpful staff ! Special thanks to Devin for her help Sunday at check out. She went above & beyond for us !

My best friend celebrated her bachelorette party in Lewisville this past friday, we chose to stay here. I have to say, for 1 King Bed, Mini Kitchen and 1 Bath, it's a damn good place to relax! Super clean rooms, super comfortable bed, the kitchen includes glass cups, pots and pans and silverware! The only down side to room 129 is the closet, the doors are broken. I couldn't slide them, I tried. But was afraid it would come out of the socket. So, besides that, I didn't experience any issues!
The staff is super sweet and I really felt at home. Thank you for your hospitality! I will definitely be staying with ya'll again! :D

The staff was very courteous. The room was spectacularly clean, including the kitchen. The TV channels were different than what was listed on the card, but there was a TV Guide channel so that was nothing more than a mild inconvenience. Very spacious for a hotel room

Great place, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean, did not have to ask for anything. The breakfast was good, front desk was friendly and WiFi was pretty good. I enjoyed my stay, they only have one elevator which is slow, but other than that I would visit again.

We arrived to check in right after power had been restored from an area wide power outage. It took a while for the reservation system to come back on line, and the staff was extremely friendly chatting with us as we waited. Whitney at the reservation desk, couldn't find my reservation - it turned out that for some reason it had been cancelled. Undeterred, she worked to find me a room at the same rate. I ended up with an upgraded room, since that was the only one available, but still for the same price. Then Whitney had to walk me to my room, which was the last room furthest from the reception desk, because the key machine was not working properly after the power outage. The room is clean, and very comfortable. There was complementary food and drink in the lounge this evening, and complementary hot breakfast in the morning. I certainly plan to stay here again on future visits to Lewisville.
