Motel 6 Menomonie, WI

Loved our stay!!! Very updated, clean rooms. We had a fridge and a microwave which was convenient.
Right off highway easy to get to. Quiet, kid friendly. My wife is highly allergic to cats I told John at front desk and he made sure we were not put by any rooms with cats and even checked on us shortly after we checked in to make sure my wife was good. John was great, I could tell he cared about guest and their experience here. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel over any in the area.

This is truly one of the cleanest hotels you could possibly ever stay in. The employees of this hotel make this property, they are the friendliest group of people I have ever met. By far the best hotel in I stay here over the Hyatt due to the people and the home feeling you get

We have stayed here 3 times and it is the cleanest hotel. The head of housekeeping is the nicest and most accomodating. The man at the front desk in the evenings has been incredibly helpful each time we stay. Very warm and friendly.

Spent 2 nights in Menomonie, very welcoming and pet friendly, room was adequate, nothing plush or extravagant, I could have used an extra blanket. There was good air conditioning, refrigerator/freezer, tv and microwave. Staff were very nice and accommodating, coffee was excellent, close to all roads/attractions, and I felt very safe traveling alone. My dog and I will definitely stay again when I’m the area.

For a 2 ⭐, this Motel 6 sleeps like a 4 ⭐. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, halls are quiet, and staff friendly and accommodating. The location is close and convenient to many amenities. If they included breakfast, it would be ideal. Would stay here again when next in Menomonie.

Dog friendly, great place to stay on a long drive. The dogs applauded after my girlfriend and I showered. You know....

We had a car tire go bad from debris on I 94 so put on spare but didn't want to keep driving on it for 200 miles so late at night and motel 6 took us in and our 6 pound dog very grateful they had room available and helped us until I could get to tire place in morning. It was very clean and quiet. I would recommend this place, and yes, they keep the lights on for you.

One of the nicest motel 6 locations I’ve ever stayed at! Very friendly staff, in a beautiful town, I was actually impressed by the condition of the room! The workers here are dedicated to customer service! Great Job!

We had to stay here for one night after a long day of driving and with another one ahead. It was a nice, relaxing experience and we will definitely consider this hotel again when taking this route. The staff was incredibly sweet and kind as well!

Clean hotel, mattresses bagged for bedbugs so no worries there. Staff friendly, comfy beds, great location for our travel plans. We would definitely stay again!

Needed a place to stay for me and my dog when my truck broke down in -4° weather. Very helpful with a number to call for a cab and room was ready and warm. And the lady behind the counter was so nice she didn't even charge me an early check-in fee. Thank you

This is not the usual motel 6. It's fantastic! Very clean and well kept. Best bang for the buck anywhere around that area. The staff is very pleasant and the rooms were nicely updated and very clean. Thank you for a great stay. See you next time.

My room was very clean and well ventilated, including the bathroom. I like the layout of the bathroom with the cut corner; it makes the room feel more roomy and easy to get around in. I brought my own shampoo, but if I had forgotten, I’d gladly pay a buck or two from the vending machine because I saved $25 over the next best hotel.
Bob, the manager was friendly and asked which floor I would prefer.
The mattresses are not as cushy as some more upscale places, but tolerable for one night. The pillows are sproingy, not my favorite but I avoid using pillows anyway.

We were able to get in early which was a plus. The room was clean and well stocked. Be mindful that the hotel is pet friendly. Come prepped with some noise cancellation but that's for almost anywhere and no fault of the hotel. Very nice place, friendly staff and great for the price.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to. Bob and his team do a great job. Motel 6 has been sketchy for a while now so I was pleasantly surprised when I got here. Facilities were clean. The outside grounds were clean and inviting. Bob checked me in and was very pleasant. He built this place 20 odd years ago and has kept it up well. I would recommend staying here it's a great value and you get more than you are paying for.

I have stayed at the Menomonie Motel 6 a number of times over the years to attend horse shows in Wheeler, and it has always been a great experience! The owner who is often at the front is very warm and friendly, the rooms are clean, smell clean, and the hotel is quiet. It has all the needed amenities in the rooms like a fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 chairs and a table, and even has the soft toilet paper and not the usual industrial stuff. You can't beat the price either, and I love to support a hotel chain that allows dogs.

I found this hotel to be a great, necessities only, bargain. The room was clean and modern, though minimal. I was only looking to stay overnight for a few days while in the area. I primarily needed a bed and a shower. The bed probably wouldn't get many rave reviews, but it did the job. The shower was solid as long as you brought your own shampoo and body wash. I was hesitant to book a room at any hotel in the are due to expense, but I couldn't resist at the price that Motel6 offers!!
