Good pricing, equal or better than other places or the dealer.

Parts arrived quickly, some arrived the next day, and the shipping was free. I expect the shipping was as quick as it was because I only live 80 miles from Winchester KY.

All parts and products arrived as described, and I while I did have part specific issues, I could not blame them on the seller or my lack of reading the description carefully.

Some items shipped via FedEx, and some shipped via Ontrack. All the items that shipped FedEx arrived the next day or the day after. Some items shipped via Ontrack took 2-3 days and seemed to have been routed to from Ohio to Texas and then back to Ohio.

That didn't make any sense. However, I can't blame a seller for a shippers mistake.

I do think they should ship everything via FedEx and drop Ontrack as a shipper. The larger and more oddly shaped items shipped via Ontrack.

The website was easy to navigate, I like that I can drill down to machine specific parts and Polaris branded parts or shop by universal parts.

Overall, I would recommend them to anyone living nearby for fast and free shipping.

I left individual part specific reviews on the website for each part and what issues with specific parts I had.

I purchased almost $2,000 worth of parts and received them all within a few days.

Polaris click 6 harness, driver and passenger.
Tusk door bags, between the seat bags and 6ft light whips, as well as a 30-inch curved light bar.

New filter and pre-filter, and a Polaris lock and ride box.

So many negative reviews. That's sad. We love our East RMATV and the folks who work there! The ones in store are not the same you speak with or place orders with etc. Don't take stuff out on them that do not pertain to them. Plus shipping issues can always happen. We mainly go in store to pick up. They let you look at the parts to amek sure all is right with them before you leave. These guys all work their butts off too. Little to no credit for their help. Everything I've ordered from Rocky Mountain has worked as advertised and fit properly and shipped promptly excellent company !!!

As I have jumped into the dual sport and adv life, RM has been part of my gear purchase considerations. In the past I would order more from Revzilla. The points seem to accumulate faster here, and if they are added to a purchase, the free shipping is maintained. Shipping is always super fast, and generally the info available is helpful. Only criticism is asking users to review after buying a product without having yet received it, which leads to unhelpful reviews e.g. "i purchased this cause it was cheap and blue"

I’ve been a happy customer of Rocky Mountain ATV/MC for years. Ordered a ton of stuff over the last 2 weeks. Fast and free shipping (some items arrived the next day). Had one return for a helmet for a larger size. Absolutely perfect transaction. Simple phone call and my new helmet was held while the free shipping back to them was generated. Emails, phone calls, posts on IG and facebook, all get responses. The staff is super friendly and helpful. And how can you not love the Fantasy Xperts Chase and Christian during Supercross?

Excellent warranty support. My moto bottle jack failed. I sent in back (they paid for shipping), had it fixed, and they sent it back again within about 10 days total turn around. Impressive and I'm very pleased. Thanks, RM!

I've had great experiences with Rocky Mountain getting parts for my KTM. I live in Kentucky so my orders arrive crazy fast - I ordered a large amount of parts for my bike yesterday and FedEx delivered them today. When I've called their customer service line, they've always been helpful. Their selection for dirt is much better than RevZilla's.

RMATV always has a good selection and the speed at which the item is shipped and gets to us is crazy good. We've been a customer for years. Occasionally, we've had to call to ask about sizing on helmet and clothing and they've always been friendly and helpful on the phone. Will pick them over Amazon any day.

I literally ordered tire package at 7pm from east coast. I had a FedEx tracking and shipping notice within 30 minutes from the Utah. Came as promised by FedEx 4 days free delivery on a Saturday, and all items correct in my order.

I ordered 4Tusk Mud Force tires they arrived less than 24 hours later with free shipping. All I can say is awesome.
Tires looks great and rides great on my 2008 Polaris 800 sportsman. All though I had to install the tires twice do to I'm stupid and installed them backwards long story.
I have neck and back problems couple of surgeries, I'm not a rough rider meaning I use this michine to do all the work for me.
I've only had these tire for a couple of days and I must say Tusk Mud Force tires are so far making my ride alot more smoother and more comfortable.

I recently bought a pair of bull it SR6 jeans for riding.
Initial impressions were good. Looked good, fit was spot on and they were very comfortable. However the second time I wore them the back side split out when I bent down. The tear was right along the seam of the pocket so I figured it was either a bad seam or a defect of some sort in the fabric.
The jeans ripped, no reason for a 5 start rating you're thinking.
My 5 start rating is for how RockyMountain ATV handled the situation.
I called customer service and spoke with Parker who was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to file a warranty claim rather than a return. Once I followed his instructions I was contacted in about 3 days by Joseph in the warranty dept. he was also super helpful and friendly and walked me through the process.
With the help of these two gentlemen I had a new pair of jeans in about 10 days total.
Great customer service!!

Now let’s just hope the jeans hold up as well.

I wanted to check out Rocky Mountain as a company a little more and noticed some of the negative reviews. As someone who also works in the sales and customer service industry, I can say that running a business is challenging at best right now. Its great to see the owner personally responding to all of the feedback, taking accountability, and offering steps to solve the issues. We are all doing the best we can right now, especially in the unprecedented boom in the outdoor rec. industry. Cheers guys, you just got a lifelong customer.

I was looking for some riding pants for my daughter. The ones I wanted were a closeout item, but Rocky Mountain had them in the size I needed and $20.00 cheaper than another place I looked up online!! An employee called me to verify my purchase for my security, which I greatly appreciated and in less than 24 hours my item was delivered! I am very impressed with this company and will definitely use them in the future!

I've watched rocky mountain ATV mc youtube videos for the longest but never ordered until this month.

Went from Rzr 4 to 2021 KRX the day I purchased the machine I ordered a roof from ya'll and recieved it in a matter of days.  This is now my second purchase in a matter of weeks. Awesome customer service and feed back. The web site is super easy to navigate, in making what your looking for a breeze and check out painless.  I was sceptical about next day delivery, with the holiday but y'all did it. what great service and people they have always did exactly what they said they would do. I have bought many things from them but sometime not through them like i bought a quick install Tusk windshield from Ebay and one of the Quick mount straps has failed well those are not listed for sale on the web site and i did not buy it from them so its not under warranty but i called them and there warranty dept sold me some new straps and for a very low price of $5 each they did not have to and i may have bought a whole new windshield but they did and they didnt take my head off on price. I think they are a grade AA+ Company and i feel like they would always help if they can and it makes since.
