I was suppose to receive two packages in my mail 3 days ago but only received one even though the other package was shown that it was delivered but it was not. So i called and a guy named Alan was very nice and tried his best to find out what happen. Today he called me back saying he found my package because it didn't have my full address it. Thank you Alan for a wonderful customer service and saving Halloween for my son.

Great post office, I simply drop off the packages and they are scanned before being sent on.

I needed some stamps so post office it was. I took for granted the big city post offices with the modern technology, so to speak. I thought they might have a machine and you can self serve, but they do not. I only had to wait in line for a few minutes and the postal worker was most pleasant. I got my stamps and off into the world I went!

I have had numerous issues with this post office for the last 8 years. The drivers are very nice but the office workers not so much. 2 stars are only given because of the nice drivers. Honestly corporate needs to step in retrain the employees. they have no idea how to speak properly and to be courteous to those who works hard to pay their salary.

Fraud and or spam, I purchased a package online 7-3-2024 and paid a 9.95 fee for priority shipping. By the tracking number it was to be delivered 7-8-2024. I received several text messages stating there was a problem with the shipping label to enter the correct information so it doesn't go back to sender. I tried reporting this but nothing was ever done about it, then I had two different purchases charged against my debit card. My package never arrived I called several times because I don't drive anymore and I am disabled to try and find out about my package. I was told on three separate occasions several lies about my package I never got the package and nothing was done about my 9.95 priority shipping fee either. USPS used to be a reputable organization now it's like several escaped children's daycare, big joke.

Some employees here definitely leave more to be desired. Upon entry, I needed to tape and label a package. I could see that there was another person in line ahead of me, so I go ahead to the counter with the tape available for use. I tape up my box and hop back in line. I'm signaled by the first employee that it was now my turn. I approach and greet them, and was immediately told, "You can't use that tape unless it's priority. There's other tape on the wall." I look at them, dumbfounded. I've been coming here for years and never run into such an issue. I turn and look at the wall, I only see tape rolls for purchase. I told the employee ,"I used the tape over there." And point to the counter where there is tape freely available for use- or so I thought. They say, "You can purchase tape on the wall if it's not priority." I'm still extremely confused, and ask, "..I have to buy tape?" And they nod. I'm irritated at this point, and go and grab a roll for $3.99. The employee is stripping my box of the tape I used previously, hands it back to me. I take it and move to the other counter again to re-tape my box. As I'm doing so, a second employee approaches the first and I hear them explaining that the first should have told me the difference between priority snd regular. I return to the line, and when it's my turn again, I state that I need a shipping label. The second employee is accompanying now, as if they're making sure the situation is more clear since there was an extreme lack of clear communication before. They explain "You only get a shipping label if it's priority- if it's not you need to write on the box." I'm still confused, and rather frustrated at this point. I just say, "I just want to ship it." And shrug, trying to not come off as too pissed off- I never want to be that person. They explain again about the shipping label and I shrug again and say, "Priority I guess then." I fill out the address off to the side again, and the first employee has the audacity to meekly come up to me and say, "You wouldn't have had to buy the tape if you told me it was priority." I just am short with them and want my package mailed off at this point, I've been forced to buy tape that I didn't need because the difference between priority and regular was poorly explained to me- when every other time I've come here, I have never had such a frustrating experience. I've never had an employee try to assure me my package is not priority right off the bat? I don't even care about the amount of time it takes to ship- I just needed tape and a shipping label. If that makes it "priority", okay, sure, fine! God damn this was irritating. Train your people better since you're gonna get benefits and insurance with your cushy govt job :)

The USPS has PATHETIC SERVICE. Mailed a package 4/16 was supposed to be delivered 4/19. It is 4/22 and not delivered, can't find out any information on Informed delivery app, have tried submitting service request in automated system, recording states unable to submit, tried submitting online "cancelled due to no available agents" tried live chat same thing. They take your money for mailing a package but don't want to give customer service after they get the money. From now on I will use UPS. They can get packages twice as far in half the time!!! UPDATE:4/30/24 My package is FINALLY being delivered today only 11 days after I was told it would be delivered and 6days after her birthday. Total days to get a package 560 miles is 14 days!! Pony Express was faster.
