Magnolia Weddings and Events

I had my wedding here last December and everything was absolutely beautiful. Ms. Dion was very helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They are also very patient and flexible with the payment plan. The venue is breathtaking. Definitely worth more than the price they charge. They made my wedding magical and I would definitely recommend them!

Our wedding was June 2nd and it was amazing. Magnolia did an OUTSTANDING job making our day very special. I have to give a HUGE shout out to Dee and Dion!!! Dee stayed by me and hubby side the entire night to make sure everything went smoothly. She kept everyone on task so that nothing was missed. I truly loved her. Dion helped set everything up prior to the celebration and she was phenomenal. She took great notes to make sure things were done the way I wanted them done. All of our guests said the food was great and they had an absolute best time. Some even said they had never been to a wedding like that and it was like a movie. We were so happy with all of our results from Magnolia. Collete is amazing too she was a doll from the moment I met her and it was through a video call since I no longer live in the city. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and made sure we were all setup.

We had the most wonderful time at Magnolia for our wedding !!! It was everything we ever wanted and more!! The communication was great, everyone was very helpful and attended to us all night! We had a guest list of over 200 and I’ve heard not one bad thing yet. Everyone had an amazing time and every single food item was delicious! The venue is absolutely beautiful and makes an amazing space for a large group!

What can I say this place was beautiful. My high school class their birthday bash this weekend and Magnolia did not disappoint. The staff was great and the food was amazing. Ms. Diane thank you for all your help in making this event a success.

My brother had his wedding reception here Nov 2023 and our church just had our Gala here this past Friday! Listen to me when I say that the TOP TIER customer service from beginning to the end hands down!

I come from the customer service industry and customer service is BIG to me! They have figured it out! From the food, the staff etc. Ms. Diane and Ms. D are the best!

This is a gorgeous event venue..Its clean affordable..Ms. White is awesome...I was a bit star struck at how nice this venue is..Definitely one to place on your list..

No photos to show because I attended a private wedding. But, if you're in the mood to plan an event that will for sure hold about 400 people, then this space is for you! Private dressing rooms for men and women. Private sitting areas. Two bar areas. Bathrooms on each side of bars. Chairs, tables, A/C, dance floor, photography section, cake section, wallflower sections (for those who like to attend events, but hang our near the wall, away from the crowd), DJ area, you name it. Parking all around the building free.

It was Elegant soft lighting beautiful decoration and has big dance floor! You have great service and food is great! It has two bar section so you have go other side of place to get a drink! The food came out to end of wedding which is very nice!

Had a wonderful time and the pass around food was one of the best tasting in the city.

This venue is excellent!! Very clean. Beautifully decorated! Great hospitality services. The food, omg!!! Right on time! The open bar was super!! You will not be disappointed!!! And I'm speaking from a guest point of view at a wedding celebration!!!

As 2017 President of The Greater New Orleans Corvette Club I wanted to take time to report on 'another' wonderful experience at Magnolia Plantation. The Club returned to this venue for our annual Christmas Party for the second year in a row and we were again impressed. The owners went out of their way to ensure we all had a wonderful time. The buffet offerings were excellent, and the pass around food was superb! We had both bars in operation and the bartenders didn't miss a step. The servers were attentive to a fault. The venue itself was decorated beautifully, and the music offered by the D.J. was spot on. We brought over 200 people both years and we would return again!

The wedding we attended was absolutely beautiful at this place. The area was large, lighting was fabulous, the room was decorated lovely. Food was awesome. A great place for a wedding

Attended the wedding of our Niece this past weekend, what a great place, the food was great and the staff was wonderful. They had never ending appetizers, Gumbo, Jambalaya, crab cakes. The venue was a perfect place for the wedding. We enjoyed it so much.

Everything was perfect! The staff were very professional while serving delicious appetizers to everyone! They made you feel like you were welcome to be there and even with masks, you see smiles through their eyes. I don't know who made the gumbo but it was outstanding. All the appetizers that I tried were delicious and arranged to be very inviting to try. I especially loved the vegetable one. Cudos to the chef! I would recommend Magnolia Weddings and Events to anyone who had a special occasion. Even businesses would benefit from the wonderful treatment.

I attended a wedding on 4.25.21. Service was Great and the Food was Delicious. The Manger was professional and delightful. She was very much engaged with the wedding party. She did her job well

My niece had her wedding ceremony and reception there. It is an AMAZING venue! The staff were great! Kudos Ms D and Christine!

Our Mardi Gras Ball was held here and compared to last year I would definitely recommend this venue. Diversity in food options were endless and the staff were very polite and professional.
