BTW is a Walgreens pharmacy. It's clean but a typical Walgreens.

I have been using Walgreens for awhile now. When I first started using them 2 years ago they was wonderful for me. But the past like 8 months now things have gotten absolutely horrible. They are always nasty no matter if it's on the phone or in person same old nasty rudeness!! I use the app to check my status on my scripts. I will get alerts telling my medication is done when I get there I am told it's not done yet ! Been thinking long and hard but I think it's time for a new pharmacy....

Absolutely hands down the worst pharmacy to visit! They are slow ... Rude... Slow.... Incompetent... Slow. I waited 1.5 hours for a covid vaccine that I had an appointment for. When I told them I needed to pickup my daughter from daycare they didn't seem to care. The pharmacist himself is incredibly slow and out of it.

Really disappointed, 0 customer service, 😒 went in to buy over the counter stuff, I had questions, went to pharmacist, she was standing behind the counter, on the phone, seemed personal issues, walked away and never responded to me, I ended up buying, but I suspect I would have taken something else, had I discussed it before

Can never get through to the pharmacy. Always on hold for 30 mins or more. I was on hold for 45 mins and then it hung up. Very inconvenient

Called for a simple insurance question. On hold for 30+ min. Great customer service. Also that robot is VERY irritating!
