Jersey Mike's Subs

We’ve ate here several times and this visit I just had to make a review for these guys. We placed an online order through the website bc this restaurant tends to get super busy for lunch. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. We walked in with about 10 minutes to spare and they were already wrapping up our sandwiches. We ordered extra cheese and wrote in the notes to please substitute provolone for American cheese. They made our order perfect, exactly like we asked and it was soooo AMAZING!! The subs looked like a commercial for Jersey’s Mike’s. 😆 Thank you guys so much!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We were traveling out of town and looked for a Jersey Mike's to grab a quick bite. Thankfully, there was one right around the corner. Ordered from the app and went in 10 min later and our order was all ready. The staff was awesome! I didn't see a pick up counter and the staff was quick to help me. They were happy, served with big smiles admist a busy store! We'll definitely be back to visit!

Wow…fantastic store with terrific staff that were helpful in the ordering process and building the custom sandwich.

The bread, meats , and fixings like lettuce , tomatoes, onions were all very fresh.

We were driving by the area and stopped in because the mall looked interesting and we were hungry-

Grab yourself an Italian sub done “Mike’s Way”,,,adding the Mike’s Way part will get you all the fixings . It’s easier to say that for both you and the staff- plus - it’s a sandwich you’re gonna be happy with and enjoy eating.

The store itself was clean and open with plenty of indoor seating.

If you’re hungry and looking for a tasty sandwich, this is the place to go.

Talk about in and out for pickup. Randomly my husband wanted a tuna hoagie and we were passing through from another store. Service was fast, friendly and the food tasted great!!!

It's a take out sub shop. I mean it's not a traditional Philly sub shop. I was surprised to walk in and see the menu (it wasn't big) and then see all the options online (stupid me).
Good food. Great service. Look for coupons online.

This team was terrific. Thanks Mr. Aaron and Stephanie the my tuna Hoagie so very good and pretty Mr. AARON service was outstanding Aaron you need to train other people at Jersey Mike's. thank you both for your kindness and your patience. Hey that was our first time there!! I was truly happy with everything and everyone!!! The food is off the Chain people!! Drove from Norristown yo!! Kept seeing the commercial on TV!! Couldn't take it NO MORE!! IT WAS EXACTLY LIKE IT WAS ON TV... AWESOME SAUCE ON THE GIANT HOAGIE 😛💯💖 YOU GOTTA GET THERE PEOPLE, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! I KNOW I WASN'T 🙏😘

Jersey Mikes is solid. Even being exposed to good cheesesteaks all my life, they make a surprisingly good one here. The manager here is super nice. They can get pretty backed up at times, especially when there’s an event going on at the Expo Center.

Able to watch the making of various selections and customize to your liking. Great tasting rolls, tomatoes always ripe, onions cut thin. Friendly staff, able to stay on top of every order. Terrell, Ryan and the rest of the service staff are attentive even though busy.

The team at the oaks location is amazing! Every time a regular comes in they know exactly what they want and a greet you by name as you walk in. They are so personable and have the orders done quickly! I love this place because they treat their patrons like actual people and not just another dollar sign walking through the door. They strive to make sure every single customer walking through the door is satisfied with their service and food! They serve every sandwich with a welcoming hello and a smile. They all deserve raises because they really do an amazing job! Kudos to you oaks store you guys are the best!

My favorite place to get a gluten free sandwich. The staff is extremely accommodating of gluten allergies every time I visit and it is much appreciated. Always a good experience and a great sandwich.

First time trying JM's subs- ordered a delicious cheesesteak with grilled onions, peppers and mushrooms. It was delicious and we'll be back soon.

You would think all these joints are the same but thats not the case. This establishment is staffed by people who care and appreciate their jobs and I appreciate them. The food is fresh and hot and you get no side order of bad attitude from the staff. The manager happened to be doing book work when my wife and I dined in on Friday night and the place was steady w clients. We were welcomed to enjoy our dinner at a clean table in a clean environment. I would highly recommend you give this place a shot if you’re local.

Aaron & Evan took care of me when they were only taking online orders. I came to the door 10 minutes before closing and they were so nice to take my in-store order. I always like the customer service and the fresh sandwiches at Jersey Mike's and the thing that keeps me coming back is that oil and vinegar. Now that's good eating, especially on a hot summer day! Many thanks to Aaron & Evan, stay humble and nice!

Love when I get to stop at this location. The staff are super friendly, the subs are delicious, and the place is run very well.

We normally aren’t those people who try to get food 30 minutes before closing, but my girlfriend and I were starving and really craving a sub from Jersey Mike’s. We were expecting some kind of negative attitude, but James and Aaron took our order happily and made good conversation the whole time! Thanks for the great experience guys!

Yummy. One of my favorite places for a really tasty sub. They have gluten-free rolls too. And they have an email club Point Program and birthday program. If you haven't had a sandwich from there, you should!
