I was having an issue with my quiver hood and messaged Drew to see what had happened and what I could do to remedy the issue. We discussed some ideas and then he just send it back and I’ll fix it. I did and after a few days he said “ man I’m just going to replace it if it’s ok with you?” As a small business owner myself I know how important customer service is and how so many companies fall short on this. He sent me a new one in the mail a few days later. Thanks Drew!!! Much appreciated and my bows will always have a Selway on them for sure 🤙🤙🤙🤦

Had a question about my quiver and was thinking about asking on a forum about it then thought, I’ll call selway direct first. Ended up talking to Drew who was super friendly and answered my the question I had on the spot. Super awesome to deal with a small company that puts out a good product.
