St. Luke's Urgent Care: McCall

A little bit of a wait but that’s usually how it goes at urgent cares. Other than that, super clean and efficient practice. Everyone was very nice and thorough with their questions and examinations. RN Stephanie made me feel comfortable for an otherwise uncomfortable visit. She made me crack up and feel less tense about my problems at hand. PA Autumn was also so sweet, and made sure to go through every possible diagnosis and symptom. Great experience. Thank you!

I had a very awesome experience!!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The RN was outstanding as well as the Doctor. They were very professional and knowledgeable and quickly helped me with my medical issue. Thank you St. Luke's Urgent Care!! 😊

So my appointment wouldn’t be considered an emergency by me, but would have required several weeks to get an appropriate time at the regular clinic. I needed to be seen within a few days and when I am able to get off work. The urgent care clinic was perfect. They’ve done a nice job repurposing the building and the people were great.

Everyone was kind , caring and professional. I was seen quickly and the check in process was easy.
The medical staff were knowledgeable and extremely competent. I was kept in the loop about all possibilities and was given options for treatment.
I never felt rushed and I m extremely pleased with the treatment I received and the staff that provided it to me.

Nurse and NP were very thorough. They did not rush and took the time to explain everything. Excellent service and care.

We had a great reception. Everyone was friendly from the receptionist at the intake desk to the nurse and PA who saw my mother. The wait time was short.

I had a terrible cough and difficulty breathing. I was a walk in and was able to be seen in just a few minutes. Providers were compassionate and listened. I really appreciate the care I received. After a breathing treatment, I could function again without struggling. It was such a relief. I highly recommend the facility and staff.

Autumn Freeland did a great job with an eye issue I was having. Found the issue and was thorough and helpful in getting it handled. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you 😊! Dan

visiting from out of town, and was literally in need of urgent care. The entire staff was friendly, efficient and thorough. Really grateful to be treated here.

had a wait a few minutes but that was to be expected. once in the exam room almost no waiting. had a thorough intake with a nurse, then saw the doctor (Curtin) who checked with my oncologist before prescribing something new. I appreciated that precaution.

The staff members at the St. Luke’s Urgent Care were absolutely amazing! They were able to help my brother and I with our needs and we are both better because of them! 10/10 would recommend!! Especially P.A. Penny!

Very pleasant, after noon time is about the best time to go. I was there around 3pm.
Got seen quite quickly, within 10 minutes. Very courteous, and efficient. Sent me up very nicely, so I wouldn’t have to come back in if my symptoms went south.
1st time of going there, will probably go again.
Don’t use this service if you can get an appointment with your GP. Save it for non expected emergencies.

Didn’t have to wait! Doctor and nurses were very competent and friendly. Felt very taken care of.

New facilities are clean and nice.

Autumn is one of the best PAs on staff! Thorough and smart about diagnostic tests that will assist her in finding out what is going on. She is easy to talk to and a pleasure to be be around. She is very kind and caring as well. If I need to go to Urgent Care I know what days she's there so I often wait until she is available. I trust and respect her and I know she will get the issue taken care of. Thank u Autumn! You rock!

Stephanie and Penny are a great team. Penny could rival the competence of many in this system. I feel so much better having seen them both and know they are part of my health advocates even for a one time visit. McCall is healthier with them here. Thanks for asking.

The wait was pretty long but Kaylie and the office staff apologized for the wait. Kaylie was very thorough in her examination and even addressed some other concerning findings she discovered separate from the reason that I presented. I'm very appreciative and impressed.

Everyone was super friendly. The visit was quick and all my questions were answered. Dr. Rich was awesome with my kiddos. So was the nurse that helped us.

I was a walk-in, and wanted my injured finger looked at. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful.
I didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. I like having that option to be a walk -in versus having to make an appointment and wait a few days.

Extremely kind, empathetic & calm front desk staff (both of them)! So grateful for access to Urgent care as the clinic was full, and the ER was not necessary. PA and nurses were excellent, informative despite it being very busy!
