Acceptance Now

The manager at the store for acceptance now save the sale! ABC warehouse sold us a washer and dryer told us it was going to get delivered and then on the day of delivery told us they didn’t have both pieces unfortunately we got rid of our old washer and dryer that there was nothing wrong with so now I’m stuck for a week have to go to laundromat and ABC warehouse didn’t care one bit! Wasn’t offered no compensation for my inconvenience the sad part is the driver that does the deliveries had to call and tell me that all my stuff was in and I couldn’t get a sales rep to call me! Stay Away from ABC warehouse It’s the closest thing from they don’t care about you!

Customer service is lacking, the inability to handle situations with empathy is lacking. Instead of listening and understanding the problem it was put off on me calling Customer Service instead. The manager is extremely rude and standoffish. Could not get a word in because she rather explain herself away than listen to the problem as a whole. Long story short… I had to modify my due date to match my pay date as a result they moved the payment as far as my agreement goes, However they did not adjust the payment for the “insurance, club membership” which has led to me getting $36 overdraft fees each time it is drafted from my account. I am trying to explain the entire situation to the Manager and she wouldn’t stop talking so I had to talk over her, but she still wasn’t taking in the information, out of frustration and inability to listen to me the customer explaining the situation the Manager became defensive and rude. I have been an excellent customer. Up until now. I’m not leasing anything else through them. I’m so angry and disgusted with this entire situation. Furthermore I have been a Manager as well in the same situation and I’ve had to own when my company made a mistake that made no sense to a customer. As well as owning that mistake I’ve made necessary adjustments to not further infuriate them. We don’t know what people are dealing with and we shouldn’t add to that. As a result I reacted in a way I felt she deserved because she pushed me until I snapped and I believe she got a kick out of it.
