I would just like to go on record and say not only do these people work hard to deliver our mail but I just had two of them help me out of a frantic situation. My father was trying to get to kidney dialysis, and slid down into the ditch, in the snowy mess that we have been dealing with the last week. Two of them, Julie and Justin or Dustin (didn’t catch name fully) just took the time to stop and help me push my dad out of the ditch.

I can’t thank you enough. You all deserve more than 5 stars for that kind act alone. I give the entire organization a 10/5! These people are the face of your organization and you should be more than proud.

Thank you for your service as our United States Postmen but also, for the kind acts that keep our world going around.

We've always had great service! I would recommend checking their hours before you drive down there. They have shorter hours than Mount Vernon and because of fewer employees, they close for lunch.

Everyone there are kind, helpful, friendly. Your always greeted with a smile.

The gentleman that served me was very helpful and welcomed me to Howard County. That made my family and I feel very special.

As good as weather permits

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. About 4 times in the last 3 weeks they haven’t even attempted to deliver my packages because they “don’t have room” in their vehicles. To top it off they don’t send notifications or operate during normal business hours. Closing at 10:30 on Saturdays and taking 1.5 hour lunches makes it almost impossible to retrieve the packages that I’ve purchased.
For context the last package they “couldn’t” deliver was a pack of 100 pastel solo cups.

Worse post office ever. You have no idea how many packages howard post office has lost of mine and there's no repercussions. My sister had the same issue when she live in Howard. Also there's been a fee times my packages have been sent to the wrong post office because the packages were ripped open and shoved in my mailbox. Recently I had a mis sing package that said was delivered but I never got it so I called the post office and the lady said she would get ahold of the driver and call me back she never did call me back. I highly recommend you just drive alittle further and do your packages through Mt Vernon if you have packages to send.

Terrible post office. The lady at the front had no personality, only excuses, and one speed which is almost not moving.
