Some of the rudest pharmacy employees I've ever encountered. God forbid your doctor sends in a prescription that is a controlled substance. They will treat you like a criminal, it's unbelievable. It's not the pharmacists job to approve which medications you get, that's up to my physician. You make sure there aren't interactions and fill it- that's it. My other favorite is the long exasperated sighs if you call too close to opening time or their mandatory meal break. I switched to Family Fare as they are away more hospitable. Apparently they are used to people switching to them because Walgreens is so rude.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The techs literally sigh and roll their eyes when talking to you. The pharmacy manager had no compassion for my kid not getting his medicine correct and even hung up the phone on me then left me on hold when I called back.

awful pharmacy. constantly closes down because of "system errors". i have important medication that i need, and can't rely on this store to be open when i need it. please don't go here if you need a prescription filled.
