Love these guys! Everything is so smooth and easy. They are so friendly, helpful, supportive and honest. They even know my voice when I call! Who does that??? Recommend them highly and appreciate them heartfelt.

Phipps Pharmacy is one of the most kind and attentive pharmacies I have ever worked with, as a customer. I was very worried that when Main Street was sold to Phipps, that everything would be different, and in a bad way, but is, actually quite the opposite! They have such a wonderful staff, and they work diligently to fill scripts as fast as possible. I have even had a staff member call me JUST TO SEE HOW I WAS, bc my family has fallen on extremely hard times, and we couldn't even afford the cheapest of prescriptions. I mean, who does that?! I'll tell you... Phipps does! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHIPPS. And, as an American, I am very proud to patronize a family owned business, as well! Thx, Phipps!!!❤ Much love!

I was in a hot mess of a situation where either other pharmacies didn't have my meds or didn't take my insurance or just being down right ugly to me. I called this place, they were extremely Nice and patient with me front the first hello. Came out to my car to talk to me bc I have my toddler who has autism who doesn't like new places. Needless to say, I found my new favorite pharmacy. Very professional and kind to me which is hard to find these days. THANK YOU PHIPPS!!!

Ive been using this pharmacy for years & with good reason! The entire staff has always gone above & beyond to assist in any way they're able (from helping me with my kids during car troubles, to working with me to find the most affordable options for some of my more expensive medications). They deliver quality care & service with every visit & I always look forward to my business with them as a pleasant part of my day. This local business is just one of the prime examples of the benefits of shopping local!

By far the best pharmacy I've ever done business with. Linda the pharmacist will go above and beyond to make sure she has what you need, and to ensure you feel comfortable while shopping with her. She has an amazing staff and they will get you in and.out quickly and wont break the bank doing so. I will say that if all small businesses operated like hers Walmart could be $10.00 cheaper on everything and they wouldn't stand a chance. Customer service goes a very long way with me and most, and Linda and her team certainly go above and beyond. This is one reason I'll never shop anywhere else as long as I live in TN. Again a huge thank you to Linda and her staff!

The most professional, knowledgeable, and caring pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Your not just a number when you go to Main St. Drug, it really is like your family. They have always went out of their way to be the standard for pharmacies. I live 30 minutes away and always have and will continue to drive to this pharmacy, because it is by far worth it.

The Staff at Main Street Drug goes above and beyond the needs of each customer. Prescriptions are always filled within minutes, they go over every detail to ensure that one is comfortable with the knowledge of the medicine. Even during their off hours they are happy to accommodate one if an emergency arises.

Best pharmacy in Waverly by far! I went to Wal-Mart for 6 years and they were out of my meds one day so I came to main street to get them, and i was so impressed I haven't been back to Wal-Mart since. Very sweet people!

Very friendly staff.. Mrs.Linda goes out of her way to help people. She calls insurance companies and wants to help you unlike Wal-Mart & Cvs. She is a small town company and she knows people by there names. I wouldn't take my medications any where else.

This is the most convenient pharmacy. After the doctor prescribes you a medicine and puts it in the computer, Main Street Drug has it ready by the time you get there. And, they have a drive though!
