Dunkin'

This place used to really be an uncomfortable environment. The food, service and atmosphere was very unpleasant and chaotic. Since they recently made a change in management this place has made a complete turn around. It's like night and day. The overall experience is very pleasant. The staff are all a joy to be around. It's a great place to uplift your morning. Great job on the changes!!! The only thing I found unpleasant was there was some kind of other manager, "Frank" who came in while in the middle of the morning rush and walked around getting in the way. Kudos to the staff for not letting him jam them up. Very good work y'all!!!

The Dunkin donuts here in Vero Beach is perfect. Perfect everything. Love the employees that work here. Always cheerful and they are always about customers being happy.

I went through the drive-thru this morning. I have "Holiday Brain" and drove off without my coffee. Very much my own fault...I called the store and the manager confirmed I did leave without the coffee. She offered to bring it to me at my job (which she did). She is always so friendly and made this scattered brained lady very happy this morning! The great coffee and excellent customer service I always receive from this particular Dunkin keeps me coming back! Thank you so very much!

This is my “go-to” Dunkin’!!
The Donuts are always fresh, my coffee is always consistently delicious, and they always have a smile on their faces. Absolutely the best customer service! And if you haven’t already tried the blueberry munchkins, you are really missing out! 🤤

Best Dunkin Donuts in the country, solely down to the amazing employees. The establishment is also spotlessly clean and modern.

The taste of the donuts are my favorite, the quality is good, there’s wonderful people, and really good hot chocolate

We go to Dunkin almost daily for coffee. The service is good except sometimes the wait in the drive thru is long due to people ordering food or special drinks. I gave a lower star rating for that reason. It would be nice if they limited the drive thru for coffee and donuts only.

The service that was afforded me was exceptional and the iced coffee, which was mocha flavored, was excellent as was the chocolate donut I enjoyed there. Dunkin Donuts is a great place for its atmosphere, drinks, bakery goods and its great service!

This location is great! The morning staff is friendly and organized. In and out in minutes. Being from Boston and growing up on Dunkin from it's very first location in Quincy, I know this is the first location I have been to in Florida that makes me feel like I'm back home again....only without the snow!😂
I have had my app ordered food walk out before arriving a couple of times over the last year but they replaced it right away and without a big delay or any problem. They truly strive to know their customers, make them feel welcome and make even your toughest morning a pleasure to face.

Absolutely love this location! All the staff greet you warmly and they are always quick to solve any minor hiccups with mobile orders as may happen from time to time. Very appreciative of this staff. Keep up the great work guys!

This dunking location is brand new shiny shiny and all the staff were on point and the food impeccable

The Dunkin on Rt 60 near Murphy Mart makes the best blueberry muffins. They are excellent!

I solely like this place because the employees aren't fake and they keep it honest and real.
Sure they make you wait sometimes while they talk about something but I seriously don't care..

When I went there everyday they KNEW my order straight away.
1 large iced coffee with extra caramel 7sugars 6 creams.☕☕☕☕
I had cut down a little because it used to be 10 sugars 7 creams.
And yeah I know it's diabetes in a cup but I love my coffee's sweet.

I understand the frustration of some of these reviews that the employees " talk too much " or " they're rude" and they make you " wait for ten minutes"

But mostly no one knows what it is like to run a coffee store. Sometimes the management isn't there. and haven't you guys noticed its teenagers working there? It's more than likely their first job. Give these people a break..
If my order is wrong I have sugar and cream at home. If the sandwich is different maybe I'll eat it and like it.🥪 It's all inexpensive.
But I tell my order properly and they always get it right. 💜

This is the best one in town .
They have coffee until 7;45 pm alesys Fresh and the nicest employees here . Very well manage . The young man who liked my tesla should get employee of the year . I think his name was Nelson . He worked here on 12/20/2022

Thanks to your friendly staff at your drive thru! They are very professional, made sure our coffee was fresh and prepared correctly and served is some tasty treats. Bad weather was upon us and that simple drive safely by Corey was very nice to hear! Great service, great coffee!!!!

It was a very nice place very clean we had coffee and had a pleasant visit with my newfew and niece.

Customer service thru drive thru was pretty good. Not expected at a Dunkins.

It is new, new, new, which makes it especially nice. The workers are all friendly and courteous. The coffee is always delicious. I like their new bacon cheese wraps. What a tasty quick snack to hold you over. Yum.

I stop at this Dunkin every time I go to my office, and they have the nicest employees!
