Monty gave me the best customer service I've ever experienced in any store, he went above and beyond to get me into my new phone. He also put me on this program that saves me 30 dollars monthly on my bill. Who ever is his boss needs to give him a raise he's really good nice and polite.

Upon arriving at cricket i was greeted by a gentleman named Monte.. He was sooo very kind and helpful..he assisted me with getting my bill lowered.. I really appreciate his help in every aspect.. Not only was he very helpful and his smile is very refreshing. I will DEFINITELY be back to get a new phone and will be looking forward to being helped by him... THANKS MONTE 🌹

Five Stars for Brianna D.!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. She also has SO MUCH patience. We waited on hold for over 45 minutes in order for my order to be completed correctly. If it wasn’t for Brianna D. My Daughter’s Birthday wouldn’t have been as great as she made it!! Walked out with the Gold iphone 14 Pro Max, with all the bells, whistles and accessories a kid could need!

The Delaware/Hertel (North Buffalo) Cricket location is Amazing. Monte (Store Manager) and Markel are wonderful. Customer service is everything and theirs was perfect.

The Best Cricket store in WNY!! My phone had frozen, it was on the verge of death....I drove to this Cricket store, owned by Darrell C. Darrell also greeted me when I walked in and kindly checked my phone. He was able to reset my phone and taught me how to reset it myself if it ever happened again, all this while other customers were in the store. Darrell was professional, clear & patient at teaching me about my phone. I did not feel rushed and his store was impeccably clean and stocked. His staff were busy helping other customers and seemed as respectful and genuine as the owner himself. Grateful to have Darrell's Cricket store in my community.

I went to the Cricket store 45 minutes before closing. I spoke with Karar months earlier regarding a phone upgrade. He was training two employees with customers and also providing me customer service. As the store was closing I asked if I would still be serviced; he said of course. I upgraded two phones, added a third line for my Mom who had service with another provider. Karar stayed an hour and a half after closing to provide my exemplary customer service. He explained the new phones and helped my Mother port her phone in. He advised me on bundle sales and was such a joy. I had two major phone carriers each a decade a piece. I never received that type of Customer Service that Karar gave me. Please run to 2352 Delaware Ave in Buffalo and see Karar, he's the best.
