Pizza Hut

After today’s visit an earlier negative review was deleted and my faith in Charles Town Pizza Hut has been restored. Customer service and food was over the top. I would recommend.

Just skip being disappointed in Martinsburg and head to this Pizza Hut instead! On the rare occasion that your order is messed up, they will go above and beyond to rectify the situation. Super friendly staff.

This store continually produces excellent quality products!! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

I ordered a large pizza last night an hour before closing. When I got there to pick it up they said they were out of the large pan, so he gave me two mediums instead! Very much appreciated, and both were delicious!
Cheese sticks were amazing as well.

Ordered online for delivery on July 1st late evening. Paid online and got a tracker for delivery status. They never showed up. Called local restaurant next afternoon. Took 3 hours to get a manager on the phone. Once I did, manager offered $50 credit and paid $9.60 with CC over the phone with them. DoorDash arrives and refuse to give me my food because I owe $9.60. I showed driver my bank account where it shows a pending $9.60 charge. He calls DoorDash, and advise driver to go on app and say customer refuses to pay. Then DoorDash advise to remove food. Now I am $60 loss with no food I paid for and no solution. Time to pay them a visit I guess. Just save your money and avoid this Charlestown WV Pizza Hut. DoorDash also mentioned that the store gave him a $2 tip for the delivery. Sounds like they want to ruin the store and is working. Take your money to Andy’s or Blaze pizza 🍕. The experience and frustration dealing with all this is not worth it. Thanks for ruining my mood Charlestown Pizza Hut and 4th of July weekend. After visiting store, I was treated with care and understanding. Was offered a lot more by going to the store. Thanks to the local team there! Phenomenal customer service. Thank you 🙏

My order was delivered quickly but wasn't what I ordered. When I called the store they were very understanding and nice considering having basically zero staff tonight, she remade my order correctly and delivered it within 30 minutes.

The pizza melts were great. The Meat lovers was filled to the max. I will definitely order the pizza melts again. the price was very low and the melts were enough to feed two people. Great value.

I was apprehensive to order from this Pizza Hut because of some prior experiences, but I was in town so I gave it a try. To my pleasure, when I went in to place my order I saw a clean, productive, efficient restaurant. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and busy. After a few words of dialogue with Heather, the manager, I didn’t get the impression that I just caught them on a good day. I’ll be back.

Ordering to-go, my pizza was made fresh in nearly no time at all. By the time I drove over there right after finishing my online order, I was ready to pay and collect without any kind of wait. The food is good and definitely filling. While the prices may be a bit more expensive than other competition chains, how filling Pizza Hut's servings are equal it out.

Great store, made an error on the app and called them, it was changed and they were extremely polite. Great staff in this store!

Pizza was great! I also ordered wings and I got boneless instead of bone in but when I called and told them what happened they took care of the issue and credited my account. Have had bad experiences here before but this was not one of them!

They have a wonderful staff. In if they make a mistake and mess up your order they are fast to fix your order over or give you a refund. they all treat the costumes They serve with respect and like they are your family. Highly recommend pizza hut on flowing springs rd.

Ordered carry out online. Fresh, hot, large Supreme pizza ready upon my arrival 20 minutes later. GREAT!!!! I love Pizza Hut.
Unfortunately the current "large" pizza is the size of the "medium" a few years ago.

Got take out from here, called and got an accurate time for pick up. When I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff. Food was hot and ready to be eaten
