Excellent as always and the Pharmacy manager was extremely helpful along with her assistants. I very seldom have any problems at CVS that can't be handled before I leave the store. Great friendly staff at front and at the Pharmacy. Thanks CVS William & McKenzy

I just recently moved to Cookeville. I have visited this particular CVS on three occasions in the pharmacy area. A6)t each visit the store associates in the pharmacy area do not seem happy. They do not enjoy their job and they are rude. I have witnessed them on one occasion, being very rude to an elderly person to the point that I almost stepped in to help the gentleman myself, I recommend CVS send the pharmacy area to cut your service training

The absolute worst pharmacy in Cookeville. My RX went in in a Thursday. They said they had to order it so it would be in on Friday. Went by on Monday and they said, "It didn't get pushed through. So we didn't fill it. We'll have it ready in 2 hours." This is their standard answer. You have to hound them to fill it otherwise it doesn't get "pushed through". (We've used them before for my wife.) Then they called and said, "Sorry we don't take your insurance." SERIOUSLY! YOU COULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME THAT LAST THURSDAY!?!" Went to Publix, and it was filled 2 hours later.

This absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They always charge me for my medication every single time, and I have insurance with a 0 copay, no matter how many times they update my insurance they are always trying to charge me every single time and every single medication.
