Had a great experience, quick, friendly, got in got out with what I needed. Decently stocked inventory, the headlights weren’t locked like the Morse Rd location. Even got assistance with the headlight installation. I had change them before, but the employee, Diante, made sure they were properly installed which I appreciated. Now I can drive at night safely again.

The staff was very helpful, the prices reasonable, and they had what I came for, and even installed it for me.

Beyond pleased!! Jeff was absolutely amazing! I called in and he made me feel Like I was talking to an uncle or father I trusted his advice and he was very knowledgeable about anything asked he's a gem definitely as someone who doesn't know too much about cars thank you so much

Big shout out to Andrew. When I tell you this man help me from the time I walked in to the time I pulled off even with the extra mile to figure out what I needed and help me put my parts on. I offered everything other side to him, but he would not take it. He was just happy that I was satisfied as a customer. One of the best O’Reilly’s. Thank you to the employees that were working today. I was promptly greeted when I walked in the door. The employee at the counter helped me locate what I needed AND helped me put new windshield wipers on my car. He was kind and knowledgeable.

Guys are very patient.. especially looking up parts for a Crossfire that they never really have on Market no more... whoever sold the the crossfires in the first place should make a recall and give us a free car if we can't find parts for the crossfire. What was the purpose of making the crossfire in the first place if there is no parts to fix the crossfire when it does break down?????

Visited the Westerville rd store on a Saturday found a young Lady who knew her automotive she scanned my daughters truck and found a troubled code for a mass air flow had the part at a reasonable price and she was running great! Thanks to that young Lady at Oriellys !

These guys saved my life today - instead of getting the parts I needed and having to drive somewhere else, Gabe and John (Jon?) offered to get everything situated for me at a really fair price. Quick service, great people - highly recommend!

Came in on 09/19/2019 to find a odd part for my RV ( a connector for the temperature sender that had fallen off and dropped onto my exhaust manifold and melted). Andy helped me at the counter and was very friendly and efficient finding the exact part number and inventory status. Unfortunately there were none in stock but Andy’s performance was exceptional in the help he provided. Perhaps a raise is in order - Just saying...

They were very helpful when my husband was replacing his gas tank. We had to go to a couple different locations to gather all that was needed but the help came from one store, we went to another store and was able to pay for what we needed at the next location at the second one.
