We held our wedding at The Grand Manor and couldn’t have asked for a better venue and team. Not only was the venue gorgeous but they handled a lot of the moving pieces of our wedding leaving me stress free. They were professional but with their own little spirit behind it, making us feel like family. If you’re looking for a venue that offers outdoor ceremony (with rain in option!), beautiful decorated reception hall with catering and bakery needs all tied into one and a total stress free wedding planning adventure, I strongly recommend reaching out to The Grand Manor.

We had our wedding at Grand Manor in January and I couldn’t be more happy about it! KC was so helpful and informative. She was quick to respond to my many emails with lots of questions and was always super informative with her responses. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous from the ballroom inside to the ceremony garden outside. And the bridal suites were super convenient to get ready in before hand and to have a space to escape for a quick breath throughout the night. And the food! Omg the food! It was so good. We had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The cake wasn’t a huge deal to us but I sent Cynthia a few inspiration pics and she didn’t disappoint! It turned out so beautiful. Unfortunately Florida’s weather didn’t cooperate and our ceremony had to be moved into the ballroom but the staff did such a good job in the last hour before the ceremony rearranging it to make it seem as if it was planned that way. I was a little disappointed it couldn’t be outside but knowing the ballroom was a back up plan was so relieving. There was one lady working that evening and I totally forgot to get her name but she will forever hold a special place in my heart. She went out of her way multiple times throughout the evening to make sure that I was okay and didn’t need anything. And at the end of the evening right before we left she made sure she found me and personally handed me a bag with boxes of food for my husband and I to have when we got home and told me how beautiful the wedding was and gave us all the well wishes for a happy life. If I could do it all again I would definitely book with Grand Manor again!

KC was absolutely amazing- she was so knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. She was always able to answer our questions and steer us in the right direction.
In addition, the rest of the staff were amazing as well and went above and beyond. One example of this is after our ceremony while we were taking photos, Grand Manor made sure one of the staff members came outside to give us appetizers (which were delicious)!! All of the staff truly just want to make this the best day possible and they did.
The food was great and our cake which was made by Cynthia was so beautiful and tasty!!
Grand manor can do it all! I can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re questioning booking with them- don’t! You will not be disappointed with their services!!

I would like to give a shout out to the staff at Grand Manor. We held my daughter's Sweet 16 Party there this past July. The experience was simply amazing :)

The venue itself is very elegant and everyone loved the decor and ambiance. It also has lots of options that fit with every sort of occasion you can think of. There is lots of room for a DJ and photo booth.

The staff were friendly the entire time. Everyone seemed to take great pride in their work. The food and cake were delicious!! It is super helpful having everything all-inclusive.

Lastly, working with KC was fantastic! She was extremely helpful from start to finish and really helped make the experience memorable. She is very easy to communicate with and is very quick to respond to questions/comments/requests. You are awesome, KC!

I would highly, highly recommend anyone to use Grand Manor for their special events. My daughter will have life-long memories from her Sweet 16 due in large part to the folks at Grand Manor. Thank you again :)

The Grand Manor was THE BEST venue we could have ever asked for! Right after we toured the venue, we knew to look no further!
Their wedding packages are pretty much all inclusive and also customizable to what you want. They all included catering, cake, set-up/break-down, etc which was a huge bonus and made wedding planning so much more simple. Their pricing was the most affordable in comparison to every other venue we had looked into across all of central FL. This venue has such a big bridal suite which made it so convenient to be able to get ready there on our special day. The groom's suite is also huge (which is hard to find at almost any venue) and the guys all had fun playing pool before our wedding started. They are also very dog friendly which was a must for us! They have a beautiful outdoor garden for ceremonies. Unfortunately for us, it poured at the time of our ceremony and we had to change plans and move it inside at literally the last minute. However, the whole staff handled it all so flawlessly and everything turned out so perfect and beautiful! Our guests absolutely loved the food and cake. KC, the venue manager, was always so attentive to every request and question we had! She was a pleasure to work with and so was every single staff member that is a part of the venue! They are so caring and passionate about making sure your day goes exactly the way you want it to!

We celebrated our daughter's Sweet 16 at the Grand Manor and it was a wonderful experience. We're so grateful to their staff, the owner and everyone that made it an incredible event. My family and guests were highly impressed with the food selections and presentation. Everything tasted amazing. The decorations, lighting , etc… the whole atmosphere was spectacular. We forgot to bring our table number stands to identify each table and they provided them. The cake was beautiful and all the desserts excellent- baker is amazing! We were told that generally they bake extra servings and it was true. Everyone was provided with small desert boxes for take home extra deserts. We researched other venues and their prices and we made the right choice. We can't say enough about Cassie (Event Coordinator) who helped us throughout the entire process. The staff was professional and very helpful. Thank you to the owner for providing my family and guests with lasting joyous memories.

I'm a florist who does events here frequently. My clients have always been thrilled with the food, staff, and everything to do with Grand Manor. The space is clean, easy to set up, and private. 100% recommended!!

My husband and I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day or venue for our wedding.

We first inquired and met with KC about 12 months before our planned wedding date. We fell in love with the venue immediately and put our deposit down.

Throughout the year of planning, KC, Rosie, and the entire Grand Manor staff were kind, helpful, and a genuine joy to work with.

About 6 months before our wedding day, we went in for two separate dinner tastings. Everything was delicious, and the Asado Grill staff were also a pleasure to chat with.

30 days prior to our big day, KC helped us pick our ballroom and table décor. Then, two weeks before the wedding, we finalized all the little details with her (# of guests, final payments, menu, seating charts, etc).

At long last, our wedding had arrived on November 4th, 2023. There was a very sweet card from KC waiting for us at the venue wishing us well on the big day.

A top 5 moment of the day, however, was when my husband and I were sitting in the groomsmen getting-ready room before our cocktail hour. Sonia from the catering and event staff introduced herself and brought us two full trays of appetizers, along with some drinks. This was such a special moment for us, as we could eat together in silence and peace before greeting all our guests. This also gave us time to actually talk to everyone once cocktail hour began. Since we were able to greet, thank, and catch up with everyone at cocktail hour, we didn't have to go around to each table during dinner. So, YES - we both ate a full plate of dinner (and actually got too full to finish) at our own wedding. Sonia came back during dinner to box our leftovers and pour us champagne.

We are already daydreaming about hosting our milestone anniversaries here. Thank you, Grand Manor, for a seamless and perfect experience from start to finish!!

Rehearsal dinner was here too. They had a section of their restaurant reserved for us, we did a buffet style for our family. Didn’t even taste test the food for the rehearsal, our wedding taste test was enough for us to know they make amazing food!
Now we are expecting our 1st child, and will have our baby shower there!

Our daughter held her wedding at The Grand Manor. The entire process was wonderful and super easy. KC and the entire staff were friendly and helpful and made the day flow by beautifully. Thank you so much to everyone who ensured our daughters’ wedding day was the best day ever.

I have been waiting to write this review until I got my pictures back from the photographer. The Grand Manor is the best place in Brevard to get married! The staff are the nicest people and care so much about making your day perfect. KC is the BEST!!!!! She is always there to answer your questions and helps you with literally everything. I swear I wouldn't have been able to make my vision come true without her. I promise you you won't find any other venue that can compete with their staff. Not to mention how perfect the venue itself is. I personally didn't use the garden area for my ceremony because I got married at a church, but it's great for pictures! The inside is so pretty and they have anything and everything you can think of. The food and cake were unbelievable. My guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious it all was. Cynthia made my cake better than I could've imagined. My day went so smoothly and was so perfect because of the Grand Manor. I can't thank them enough.

My husband and I had our ceremony and reception here last weekend, and we couldn't have had a better experience. KC was always very quick to answer my emails/ calls with any questions I had and was overall a joy to work with. The food here was AMAZING, and many guests told us afterward that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We also had Cynthia make our wedding cake, and it was so incredibly tasty. My husband and I got married at the Grand Manor October 30th and it was beyond perfect.

The event coordinator KC was wonderful to work with from day one of just touring the venue. She was easy to get ahold of and extremely responsive throughout the planning process. We had an almost two year planning process due to covid, but fast forward to the wedding day, and every detail was perfect. KC and the wonderful Grand Manor staff helped our "Fall in Love" theme come to life and it turned out even better than I had envisioned.

The venue is near all-inclusive, which made things just so much easier. we had our ceremony in the secret garden, we had our reception in the main banquet hall, we had our rehearsal dinner in the on-site restaurant, we were able to get ready on-site in the bridal and groom suites. All food and alcohol was taken care of right on-site and Cynthia made us a gorgeous cake.

We highly highly recommend the Grand Manor!!! We can't thank them enough for helping us have a dream wedding. <3

Beautiful Venue and amazing staffs!
The Grand Manor was the second venue my fiancé then looked at, at the beginning of January 2019. We instantly fell in love with the reception and the secret garden ceremony. We also love how affordable it was and that they are doing the catering. That was my biggest issue I wanted to deal with only a few vendors and the fact that the venue and catering are all in one was amazing for me! They were so easy to worked with and definitely has affordable budget for everyone! I talked to a few of their venue coordinator and all of them were super helpful and answered a lot of my questions. Everytime I would call them, they quickly answered my questions and reassure me everything is good. The bridal suite and groom suite was a great place to get ready. KC was such a great help on the day of the wedding, her and the staffs did such an amazing job setting up the ballroom and tables and decorations were on point! There was one staff waiter who was amazing, he was going around checking on everyone and directing them to the buffet and making sure everyone love the food. He was such a great help. I can't say anything but greatness with how the staffs treated my guests they were all amazing.
The food was amazing!! Everyone LOVE the food! my uncle who is a picky eater even told me that the food was amazing! The chicken teriyaki and london broil was so good!! They even packed us extra food to take with us! I am so happy with the way everything turned out on my wedding day and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE GRAND MANOR to anyone looking for a great venue and service!

I got married at The Grand Manor on April 9th, 2022, and when I tell you my dreams all came true for the perfect wedding, I truly mean it! The Grand Manor is by far the best wedding venue in brevard county… from the secret garden as the most beautiful ceremony setting, to the elegance of their grand ball room, to the cozy yet spacious bridal getting ready suite, and even the grooms were able to have a blast playing pool all day in their suite … I was elated by the amount of compliments I received on an over the top
Gorgeous wedding. From start to finish, my experience was flawless. KC was beyond accommodating with answering my questions via email in minutes. The pricing was by far the most affordable in brevard county, and zero stress because it was basically all inclusive and everything was done on site. They have an in house catering company, and the food is TO DIE FOR! Every single one of my guests agreed it was the best wedding food they have ever eaten. Cake was done on site by Cynthia, which was also to die for and absolutely beautiful! If you are looking for a stress free gorgeous and affordable wedding venue, I promise you this is the spot to get married!

I'm a professional wedding photographer and shot a wedding here in December 2022 and it was by far one of the most gorgeous and accommodating venues I've been to! Not only was it beautifully set up for photos, but the staff was so friendly and did an amazing job providing a perfect, stress-free day!

Great venue and very convenient all in one option for my wedding.

This place used to be the grand manor. It now goes under the name Asado. It is an Argentina-inspired restaurant. I made it up there for the soft opening. We ordered a few drinks and ran the entire menu from bread to salads to appetizers to entrees to dessert. And nothing on the menu disappointed. Everything was full of flavor and very well cooked and plated properly. The whole night was great. The service was top notch. Very knowledgeable on what was being served. Also they had great live music there. Looking forward to the grand opening. As I will be eating here alot
