River Ridge Apartments

My move in experience has been amazing thanks to Sierra Brossart. I relocated from another state and she made the transition so easy. She is friendly,welcoming and knowledgeable.The staff is wonderful. This is a great apartment complex to live in and well maintained. Also it’s in close proximity to the airport and stores which is a plus. I highly recommend.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Cori! She is always pleasant and helpful! Her work ethic is very apparent in seeing her keeping the building clean and presentable! Keep up the good work! We truly appreciate her!

Sierra did a fantastic job with the tour and move in process. She was very caring helped me and my girlfriend out a lot I want to thank her. I felt welcomed on your felt like I was at home while she gave me the tour for this apartment complex. I would also like to thank sierra for being so understanding about letting me know about the policies here she did very well on filling me in on what to do who to call just all around did an amazing job.

A huge shout out to Sierra, my leasing agent, who went above and beyond for me to make the moving process as seamless as possible. She is kind, friendly and professional. She is definitely among the "best of the best."

Jeff from maintenance team fixed our washer and dishwasher all with a smile! Friendly, positive, and a total appliance whisperer, he diagnosed & fixed everything quickly. He even shared maintenance tips to keep things purring. Jeff made a stressful day stress-free. He's a gem! 5 stars all around!

I completely fell in love with my apartment! The layout is great and the rooms are big. The building has a pool and patio area that I like to use when I have friends over. I love that they recently extended the fitness room hours to 24 hours so I can workout anytime. I've had the best service when I need help. The staff are friendly and the maintenance guy Tom is quick. I would like to thank the manager Sonja for your kindness and professionalism. My roommate and I are very impressed with how you handle your business.

The staff make this a five-star place to rent from. Autumn showed us around and worked with us on a barrage of questions and challenges. Gail is an awesome building scheduler who is prompt and professional in her replies. Maintenance items are very quickly replied to primarily by Tom. The building itself I would put at a four. The staff have plans to make it into a five shortly. The underground parking is very nice in the winter. The building has some nice amenities with the pool, hot tub, workout room. We thought the dogs and airport might be noise challenges but the building is extremely well built to limit sounds. Great place to live.

Our experience at River Ridge has been nothing but great. From the management to the maintenance team and the great neighbors and people around. Our family has loved the space these apartments homes provide. Autumn herself has always been prompt and fast with our requests or emails, has provided the best care and with amazing professionalism.

My experience moving into River Ridge was a great and stress-free experience. Sierra was a tremendous help in setting up appointments and making sure everything that needed to be completed was prior to moving in. The apartment and building is great and I highly recommend considering River Ridge!

Lucked out with my apartment, it's great. The amenities and staff are so wonderful. Jordana gave a great tour and explained the different facilities in the building. She was flexible to change the tour time to fit my needs, and she went above and beyond and provided a lot of great info about the community. She's the best.

I personally love this place. I moved here to have a year hassle free of any sort of maintenance work or shoveling etc, and this place has lived up to the standard. My son loves the pool, and would live here for the rest of his life if he could. The management is professional and friendly. The manager even took the time to take my son on a tour of the building. My son even made friends with one of the cleaning staff here. Goes to say what a great facility they have here. The heated underground parking garage is a perk as well;) Great place to live!

I spoke with Awesome Autumn and told her about a possible bad battery in my key fob with my lock being red instead of green. As always, she and maintenance took care care of it efficiently and quickly. Very happy with the service and friendliness

I am so happy that I rented with River Ridge! Hands down the best experience I've come across. Management is extremely helpful and attentive to all my needs. We recently moved to the area and are very happy to be in a great community. Naomi, Sonja, and Precious have served us well from beginning to end of our moving process. Would highly recommend renting a home here to friends and family.

My favorite part of living at River Ridge is the always timely maintenance team they have, Tom in maintenance was so great about getting my new dryer hooked up as quickly as possible and was very polite. Thank you!

This place is everything I expected and more. Autumn Erasmus explained everything about the apartment and amenities like I had already been living here as apart of the River Ridge family. She has also answered all my questions in detail that I had concerning the place, leaving no stone unturned 💯
