THEY ARE THE BEST! Come here for friendly service at amazing prices! Had my last set done by Brittany and she gave me the best nails by far. She confirmed I was satisfied every step of the way, making sure we didn’t do irreversible progress that I was unhappy with. Have had amazing manicure/dip powder services by Jennifer and Kat as well. Also the owner is so great and polite, she does the best nail art! She’ll add ideas on top of your own that are genius. They just renovated, so they do great work while looking fantastic! Genuine opinion here, much love to the store and everyone in it.

My favorite nail salon since I have been living in Jacksonville. Not sure why there are any bad reviews. The owner will literally do anything to make sure her customers are happy. Just be verbal from the start if there is something you do not like. She is very accommodating. Everyone there is so sweet and kind. Jennifer takes her time, is very detail oriented and highly experienced. My nail tech is awesome. I won't let anyone else touch my nails. She is the best. They literally feel like family. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else.

Let me tell you, this place is literally amazing. It’s so calm and you can tell the nail artists take their time to a whole other level. The staff here are incredibly kind. They provide a variety of beverages, and they made sure to be precise and careful, perfecting every single nail. MY NAILS HAVE NEVER LOOKED THIS GOOD. 100% recommend giving this place a visit.

Doing another review because the last 4-5 times I’ve been back my nails have looked amazing!! Definitely a 100% improvement since my first two visits which weren’t the best at all. Kat is so nice and friendly and so patient. She’s the only one I let touch my nails asides from the usual greeter/ front counter lady. If they both aren’t there I will not let anyone else there touch my nails. So patient and don’t rush which I love! My nails get better and better each time I go and I highly recommend these nice ladies !

9/22/22 - got a full set here yesterday and little disappointed that the lady I usually get my nails done is no longer here but in replacement there was another lady that was super sweet and friendly ! She took her time to every detail for something that was simple but as simple as it was she made it look so beautiful! Happy with how this place has advanced since the first time I went 💕 definitely will be requesting her from here on out 😄

Had the best experience! My nails came out BEAUTIFUL and everyone was incredibly nice. I also brought my daughter for her first mani and she had such a great time and was even given a little treat! Would absolutely recommend!

What a fun group of ladies! Stopped in an unfamiliar place on vacation & it was an absolute pleasure! We spent the whole time laughing & having a blast 😂. Asha did a beautiful job on my nails! This will for sure be a regular stop when I'm visiting from now on!

I used to go to this salon years ago (I believe they’ve switched owners possibly) but I haven’t been since I was about 14 and I’m 22 now. I am absolutely in love the place is beautiful and pristine. I got a scrubbing pedicure and acrylic nails done and received excellent service. Thank you so much I will be coming back! Thank you so very much.

This is my new spot!! Friendliest staff I've ever seen at any nail salon my whole life! And they actually know how to do long coffin nails the right way. this place is a hidden gem I didn't even know it was there and I'm glad it is. Thank you so much for making my nails nice again

Love to pieces. It's been a long time since I've found a nail salon that I've loved. And this right here. I recommend making appts. Nail art is on point. As extreme or simple as you like.

I love this place. I have been going here for about 2 years always make my appointment with Ms Thao she is so sweet and dose a fantastic job. I show her what I want and always leave happy. I Have had others do my pedi they worked also great. I have taken friends
for group pedi and they are always ready for us as soon as we walk through the door.

I moved here in September since then, I had been to 4 nail salons. I was so unhappy with all 4 I was about to give up when I came across AHA Nail salon! It's been the best one!! Absolutely love my nails and Kat. She is amazing she NEVER disappoints me and gives me exactly what I ask for. I'm so happy here. I highly recommend this salon.

Absolutely love this place! It’s the ONLY place in Jacksonville that I will let do my nails now! The owner and his wife are very nice. The lady with the glasses (I believe she is the owners wife) always does my nails exactly how I want them done! I get them done VERY specific to my liking and she never fails me. She has gone above and beyond as well! I went in two fix three nails and she touched up the others for me. I highly recommend this place. Sometimes there is a long wait but I don’t mind as long as I know I’m getting what I want.

I will definitely be coming back here. I’ve been trying different nail salons for a little while. I went to Aha today and I was very very happy with my nails l. I believe the man who did my nails, his name was Sean. If you like longer coffin nails , he knows what he’s doing. They were great and shaped better than anywhere else that has done them. And the salon itself is never freezing like other nail salons are lol, and all of the staff is nice and they have complimentary drinks. I get my feet done here also and I like how they have a bunch of different levels for the pedicures.

Thao is the best! I drive from New Bern for her to do my nails and she wonderful!! They other staff is great and I love going there it is a peaceful place for me. :)

This is my absolute favorite nail salon in town. They have so many beautiful colors to choose from and the technicians are so talented. Thao is my favorite but they are all great! They even offered me a complimentary drink while i waited. You can tell that the owners take pride in their salon because it was so clean and their customer service is outstanding. I always get so many compliments on my nails and I look forward to coming back!
