I left a note on my garage door requesting to have my packages put on my front porch instead of in front of my garage. Driver was cool about it. Much appreciated. Thank you!

They do their job well. Only problem with this office is people who post info and don't have a clue what they are talking about. To them I say go have an intelligent conversation with a wall. You will probably learn something.

Was suppose to get two packages on a saturday..the delivery person only gave me one package and did not give me my other package when i checked on the delivery status it said it was at henryville post office so they posted that the receptacle was blocked when it clearly was not..or else i would not of got any of my mail..

Bills are late due to the fact they are lost. Had 5 sent out 2nd week of November. I resent in December and 2 resurfaced last week. So, to avoid 30.00 check cancelations on all, aimed they were lost after a month. No, just had 2 big checks cashed within 2 days that were mailed a month apart. So, incompetence? Yes. It isn't after it goes to Louisville. These are clusters lost and misplaced in Henryville.

My street is a one lane road, and the driver literally barrels down it at 60 mph lobbing random items to houses. Last week I had a box of vibrators break my window. There wasn't just one. There was a bunch in the box. I have never seen so many vibrators. In his defense, it would have taken a great deal of strength to toss this many vibrators such a great distance, but I just need my bills. What am I going to do with all of these vibrators?

This post office has the be the worst I have ever seen. I have used the tracking for products I have ordered and it tells me they are at the Henryville post office yet it takes another day to get them and then they are not delivered together. On one occasion my package was left at one of the neighbors who returned as I have when I get their packages. Yesterday the mail lady left my package on the ground in front of the mail boxes I was lucky to find it several hours later. Not everyone is home when their mail is delivered so anyone driving down the road could have just picked it up. I have complained to the post office but nothing gets fixed. Next step is to contact the Post Master General. Incredibly bad service.

I wish I could give less than one star. This has to be the worst post office in America. Multiple times I have received a notification that a package was delivered and has not shown up. I was in my garage one time when I received a notification and the letter carrier did not even stop at my mailbox. This is unacceptable. I can’t believe with all of the negative comments that this office hasn’t been changed.

Pathetic would be too nice of a word. Mail is frequently lost. We normally have mail dropped off around 11-12 however a package was marked as delivered near 4p. It’s not here and I was here during said delivery. We frequently get other people’s mail also calling results in a long hold and no real answers. I don’t ship anything USPS and when I have a choice I chose any other service. I loath USPS.

This has got to be the worst post office I have ever done buisness with... my my, where do I start??? Well, every year, the mail gets delivered later and later. Some days it will come at 2 something and other days, it won't come until 6 something. Its ridiculous, and impossible to gauge when something will arrive, if you are expecting an important piece of mail, or if you get a check in the mail or something and have to take it to the bank but have to wait until the next buisness day because by the time it gets there, the bank is closed... everytime I have gone in the post office and had to deal with the people that work there, they have been extremely rude and unapologetic about anything that I need help with. They get an attitude when you ask them to do their job, or ask simple questions. It's like they have no time for anyone and they would rather just be rude to you and not try to help you with anything, just so you will get mad and leave because they are so lazy. The customer service is nonexistent, and they do not care about any issues you are having, nor do they care to resolve them or listen to your complaints or questions. I love living in Henryville! It's a beautiful little town with an amazing school and good people. It's a shame that we are forced to use this awful post office with these horrible, miserable employees. I wish someone would do something about this. They think they can treat people however they want, and avoid any and all issues with everyone. There are good people in this town and we deserve to have a post office and employees that respect us and care about our issues. My friends and family live in this town and they deserve respect. It's not fair that this post office picks and chooses who it wants to help and when. I can go in there with a simple question or request for them to do THEIR JOB, and I get disrespected and pushed to the sidelines, but my mother in law, that works at the school, can call with the same questions or requests, and get treated like royalty and her issue is resolved right then. It's just not fair. Something has to be done. And don't just take my word for it. Look at every other review on this page. They all pretty much say the same thing... I am tired of being disrespected and I will be filing a complaint.

If you are thinking about running a business in this area...don't. Even with pickup requests put in, they are still unreliable. They have ignored 3 pickups in the last 2 weeks. It's an ongoing problem and we have shipping deadlines to meet. The most stressful part of my day is worrying about whether or not they will pick up, and if I can get away to drop them off before they close. It's completely unacceptable. I am tired of apologizing to customers for missing shipping dates because they fail to do their only job. Mail.

Apparently... "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night....". Doesn't include getting out of the car to porch drop a package. I continuously get false "delivery attempted" bombs when a package won't fit in the box at the street.. We've watched them slow and go the box.. with noooo delivery attempted. It's pretty lazy and sad.

My packages are always two to three days late, even when I order with Amazon Prime. They are literally just so lazy that it sits there for several days before they can be bothered to ship it.
