Dumpling King (Rockledge)

Was very pleased with the entire experience. Wife had the lunch special, which was fried chicken wings and ham fried rice. Very good, chicken was just right. I had the pork and pepper noodle soup. The vegetables were very fresh and the house made noddles were tender and tasty. We will be back to try the dumplings next. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Wish you the best of luck.

My husband and I were recommended this place through a Facebook group and it was great! We got the scallion pancakes (crispy and delicious) Shanghai steamed dumplings (our favorite) and fried pork dumplings (so good). I also got their mango bubble tea and it was pretty good for my first time trying it.
Will definitely come back. The service was awesome.

What a great addition to our restaurant options here. The restaurant is in it's soft opening but had many excellent choices to pick from. We tried the crab and pork steamed dumplings, with a perfect amount of juice inside along with two entrees. The food is tasty, fresh and filling. We look forward to bringing some friends for dinner.

Absolutely love this new place here in Rockledge! Scallion pancakes were awesome, honey fried chicken wings are a favorite of mine and theirs are crunchy and juicy. The honey maybe sweet for some but mix in some of the chilli sauce and it's 🔥! Crab and pork soup dumplings are filled with a delicious broth we just couldn't get enough of. Cold noodles were different then I'm use to. They are fresh and the veggies are great Wishing maybe for an option of noodle choice on this dish. But very tasty nonetheless. Can't wait to go back and try more menu items.

The food here is delicious. The Shanghai style & chicken dumplings are amazing & fresh. The bubble tea is also refreshing and not too sweet. The staff were very friendly and quick with everything. I definitely recommend!

Dumpling lovers unite!

We finally have a spot in our charming Brevard county that offers amazing Chinese street foods galore!

A quaint and minimally decorated spot, nestled into a un observing strip, this gem could easily be missed.

After seeing their menu online, we threw on our clothes and drove as fast as we could have a feast !
And what a feast it was !!!

Our server was very attentive and helpful with making multiple decisions and the bubble teas were fresh and sweet and delicious . (Looking forward to when they have all the flavors available)

We started with a bowl of warm and hardy curry soup with delicate glass noodles and flavorful broth.

We then shared an order of the Chashu pork bowl with marinated egg. It wasn’t as crispy as I’m used to…even a little gelatinous, but boy did it have the most amazing flavor. As a texture person, it didn’t slow me down one bit.

We also got some crispy fried wings that were perfectly cooked and juicy inside, and crunchy fried scallion pancakes (one of our favorite street foods)

Then came the soup dumplings. The best I’ve actually had anywhere. Delicious broth with deep flavor, wrapped in a steamed wonton with tons of seafood meat inside.

The gyoza was crispy and soft all at the same time, bursting with juice and flavor.

With such a large order, we had food to eat for days, but still have so many things left to try and cannot wait until our next visit!

I’ve been here a few times, and they never disappoint me. I ordered dumpling soup, fried chicken, and boba tea for my kids, and I had spicy beef noodles. We devoured everything and enjoyed our food. The server, Kathleen, was amiable and attentive.

Dumplings are brilliant. Got pork fried dumplings and Shanghai Dumplings (pork). They've got like pork broth inside them. 😍 The intestine spicy dip is closer to a soup than appears on the picture but is as described in the description. Good flavor on the intestines though. Braised pork and chicken rice dishes are good. Seafood soup ok a bit plain but I kinda expected that and got it cuz I wasn't sure I could handle all the spicy and rich foods. Place just opened a few days ago. Staff was friendly and gave us juice in to-go cups as we left I suppose as a promotion. Dragon fruit and passion. It was really nice. This restaurant was meticulous in preparing for meals they dish out. I went before they closed on Thursday night and had some of the freshest dumplings I’ve had in a long time. The dumpling dough was perfect and so was filling. I highly recommend guest to try a few before dipping them in any soy sauce so they can taste the true flavors…might not want to dip them in anything but your mouth.

Found out about this place in Facebook. Went the first night they had a soft opening. Not everything was available at the time but what they did have did not disappoint at all! Amazing soup dumplings. Very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and very attentive to us! So happy we got to experience this before everyone finds out! Can't wait for them to continue to grow!

Shanghai soup dumplings are a must have. Super fresh and tasty. All the fried and steamed dumplings are awesome too. The hot spicy dips are fantastic rice noodle soup. If you order hot it is actually hot and your mouth will be tingling. The braised beef soup has super tender beef.

We tried Dumpling King tonight for their soft opening. It was a great ! The food is all fresh, and tastes delicious. We never had steamed dumplings before and ordered several things to try the wonton soup was fresh&hot with tender noodles and flavorful wontons. The steamed beef wontons were also delicious. On the menu it offers them fried, which looks good, but you can also choose steamed. The steamed soup dumplings,Szechuan style, tasted fresh and also flavorful. I will have to learn to eat them without spilling the soup !
I ordered the braised chicken and rice not realizing we ordered 2 meal size plates of dumplings. It was my favorite, as I am a meat and rice lover. Overall we were impressed with the freshness, and that the food is filling but light. Seems very healthy! And we have leftovers for tomorrow!
We felt this would be fun to come to with a group and share different items.

This restaurant is a gift to the area. For a while the only authentic Chinese experience near Viera was Red Ginger. Dumpling King throws their hat in the game with some really stellar dishes.

Their 小笼包soup dumplings are fantastic. And their fried/steamed potstickers are great too. Loved the 麻辣烫spicy beef stew.

I’m ecstatic that we get another authentic eatery in town. I don’t turn my nose up at American Chinese when I’m in the mood for it, but Dumpling King is where we’ll go if we want local authentic Chinese food without having to go to Orlando.

Edit: they updated their wanton recipe. Their shrimp and pork wantons are amazing.

Great food with a menu that is unlike others in this area. Lunch service was quick and got us out in time to return to work in an hour. The medium spice Beef Hot Dip was the perfect spice level.

Dumpling King was amazing. My son and I tried it for the first time and we were not disappointed. Food was excellent, the service was great too. We definitely will be back.

Omgoodness!!!! I’m so glad this place has opened in Rockledge! We ordered the Shanghai Dumplings, Curry Beef Rice Noodle Soup and Pan Fried Chive, Shrimp and Pork Dumplings. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Please be patient and have empathy as they are still in the soft opening and doing their very best to serve all customers with a smile! Can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu!

Our server Phat was so kind and his service was great! He recommended the Beef Hot Spicy Dip and the Pork Soup Dumplings to us, and both were 10/10. Clearly home made food. Get a milk tea Togo for desert ☺ Will be back!!

Me and my family are so happy we tried this place!! We got the Shanghai style soup dumplings, fried beef dumplings, beef curry soup and some boba. Everything was exceptionally delicious!!!! 10/10 would recommend! So glad we have a local dumpling spot now!! Staff was amazing, our server Katrina was great and really made us feel welcome!! Can’t wait to come back and try more !!!!!

Got the hot beef dip and it is amazing. Wife got the braised pork noodle soup and that was a home run as well. Then the scallion pancakes and dumplings were amazing as well. 100% will be coming back soon. Plus the prices were extremely reasonable. Dont hesitate just try it.
