We had a great experience here. I didn't catch the employees names, but one person helped us right away to find a battery jumper and windshield wiper, and then when we were trying to put the wiper on in the parking lot another employee walked out and offered to help (and he got it on in like 3 seconds). It was HOT out too, so extra appreciate the friendliness. Thanks!

I stopped in to get wiper blades at about 8:30 pm. It's been a long day so I was tired and grumpy. But the guys working were AWESOME. I was in and out in 5 min. Miguel put the new blades on in 2 minutes. Thanks Miguel and thanks to the counter guy. I didn't get his name but he helped me before I could even ask. Great service, clean store, nice guys!

I had a wonderful experience at Advance Auto Parts today. Deon was so much fun to work with. We initially had trouble finding the right part but he made it fun and sent me home with the right stuff. I almost want my car to need more repairs so I have an excuse to send him on the hunt again, because I know he will get it right.

I needed brake shoes but Was short $3 and the cashier twas so sweet
She looked on her computer found a huge coupon saving me $5.00
So i was able to buy the parts and get my car fixed

Had an issue with my new battery, went all over the city and I stg this was the only place where an employee would actually come out and take a look at it. Keith was super helpful and managed to find a fix pretty quickly.

I went to my closest auto shop but they didn’t have my light bulbs. They gave their second location but luckily I found this amazing shop. The staff are very welcoming. Miguel help and he did pretty good. Thank you miguel if i say your name wrong i am sorry cause I forgot to asked you how to spell it. Appreciate your help and definitely will recommend who ever wants auto parts

Like others, I had a great experience at this location. I purchased a new car battery online over the holiday weekend (at a nice discount 👍) and picked it up today at the store. Bruce promptly and efficiently completed the install. He was professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to visit this location in the future. Thanks for the great service, Bruce!

I had a check engine light come up on my car. Brett helped run the code for me. Then went to assist another customer and staff member. I couldn't get my car into gear and my shop was closed for the night. So they let me leave the car overnight in the lot after trying to help get it gear unsuccessfully.

As I was about to head home, my neighbor was coming into get lug nuts and when Brett was going to get them in the back, neighbor decided that he needed 20 lug nuts, and the staff at the front counter went and got a full pack which was cheaper than buying them individually priced.

Next day car was fine (not broken into, I live half a mile away and it happens), and notice lots of other great help from staff while I waited an hour in the parking lot for the tow truck to show up.

I have been coming here for years because it is convenient, but the experience with staff make it my for sure go to auto parts store.

Love this place. I had my truck jumped to go buy a battery and they installed it for me in freezing temperatures. I hope everyone tips them well for their services because its SO helpful.

Great experience - purchased a new car battery online (can always find 25% off not looking too hard) and picked it up yesterday at the store. Yeah, I choose a day it was snowing pretty good, but they gave me no fret and installation was super quick. Definitely recommend!

I came in with a dead battery, and Deon was able to help me get the new one and troubleshoot some issues getting the new one to fit. He did all of this on one of the hottest days of the year, really appreciate the great service!

I work at a local auto shop and I have received the best service I have ever received from Advanced due to Eric! We have had numerous issues receiving the right parts in the past and Eric did his job properly and MADE SURE he was sending us the right part and even went to the dealership for us. I will continue to ask for his help and praise him for his work! Thank you Eric for being so helpful to us!

Now this is what I call a safe space. The staff are so nice and helpful but also like real people I would kick it with. This breeds the perfect environment of judgement free shopping from “I want the cheapest car battery bc I don’t know how much longer my trucks even gonna last” to “I need the supplies to fix my rear light just enough to avoid getting tickets” to “uhh idk what kind of windshield wipers SHOULD I get also can u put them on”. All of these have happened to me and actually I was most recently in for the tail light thing and the guy even came out to tell me if my brake lights worked or not. Thank u very much !

I couldn't determine a size for a torque screw. Worker brought a few outside to help me determine it. Saved me a lot of time , very appreciated

Walked in needed locking was looking to make zippers work so actually looking for old world 1970s grafite that was used long before what evers oily and used now but I figured

Either or gotta be hit or miss not spendy and got home. They zipped but probably have to use it over and over but boots cost a pleasant bundle and the spray didn't stink up my foot so happy endings

We were in town this weekend for a family wedding and of course our battery died in the parking garage at our hotel. After Roadside Assist from Hartford Insurance we got it charged and off to find a new battery at 7am on a holiday weekend. We found Advanced Auto on East Lake and I think his name may have been Bruce, helped check the battery, alternator and installed the new battery. He was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! Thank you Bruce ( hope that’s the right name!) you made our day and helped make a frustrating holiday by improving our faith that good people still exist!

Easy peasy, you're going to get good people at this location. I needed something, walked in, was greeted very nicely and directed in the right direction, found what I wanted, and was out the door in less than five minutes. No jostling, upselling, or anything more than what do you need, is over there, thanks for coming in, want a receipt, ok, have a great day.

I had minor car trouble after dark, and the folks scanned my car for me so I could get the issue figured out. It was super cold and windy, too!
