I ordered the 3 chicken tender meal. The tenders, fries, and Texas toast tasted fresh. The Cane sauce is delicious. I do wish they had other sauce options. Customer service was top tier across the board. I loved the decor and atmosphere.

The food from here was amazing. I usually get the box combo when I come, and it comes with a slice of Texas toast, four chicken tenders, fries, and a small cup of coleslaw. this may be a controversial opinion, but in my opinion, the chicken is fine but if the cane sauce wasn’t there, no one would come for the chicken. The cane sauce, pulled it all together, though in my opinion great food!

This place is great! I love the simple menu, and everything is top notch. The chicken strips are so good, and they have a great creamy coleslaw. I haven't tried the sweet tea yet because I'm hooked on the lemonade. It's not your usual grumpy fast food situation either, the service is really good.

My first time at a Raising Cane’s. I didn’t know there was one in Chapel Hill NC. Now that I know I’ll be going back….and soon! It was delicious! My food was hot and fresh.

Canes is the best chain fried chicken. Period.
I go any time I see one since my city is too lame to have one.

My recommendation...
Caniac Combo, no slaw extra toast, one extra sauce and a (unsweet) Tea

Finally made it! We don’t get to come here unless we are driving through to head back North. But, I was pleasantly surprised on how good it was. Didn’t realize it was just chicken fingers 😂 but I did have the sandwich combo! And the sauce is delicious. Clean facility. Cashier was nice. Everyone else just walked by without acknowledging you. It was nice to stop when the traffic wasn’t down into the road and causing a mess but we’d stop again.

These chicken tenders were cooked to perfection and the raising canes sauce is supreme! Love this place. I wish there was one where I live!

I love chicken tenders and so does my son. We had been wanting to try Raising Cane's for awhile. My son said they were the best chicken tenders he had ever eaten. I totally agree! The chicken wasn't dry at all and there were no grisly parts. I loved how laid back it was. We will definitely be going back soon. This is our new favorite chicken spot.

Crispy chicken. Comparable to ChickFilA but in downtown. Fast food so barely any service but don't have to pay 20% tip.

The chicken is so tender and juicy — the coating is just right. If only it was a little more seasoned and spicy .. it would be heavenly. And the sauce is just beyond delicious.. totally makes it worth buying an extra. You will need them for your fries too. The fries lacks salt !! But the sauce will make it up.

Had lunch here this afternoon. Arrived a few minutes after 12 and the line was around the corner. They handled the line efficiently and the staff did excellent. I loved the upstairs seating and the UNC and North Carolina decor. The chicken was amazing. Well worth the wait!

Great overall experience from start to finish. Great service, and great food.

My partner and I went to college at LSU, where the first Canes was opened, and this one brought us back! So happy to finally have one close by!

Did not disappoint. My kids have been asking for Raising Cane’s since our trip to Vegas last year. We made a pit stop on the way to Raleigh and truly enjoyed it. Great location and excellent service.

Went on opening day as I’ve never gone to a Raising Cane’s before. All I can say is I’m very impressed, It’s a real simple menu, so no wonder all the food is flavorful and good. Even with the Busyness of opening day, The food was made quickly, so I can only imagine how well the service would be on a normal day. I also like how the inside is decorated in UNC colors and features a lot of Chapel Hill artists like Porter Robinson and many athletes as well. Great addition to Chapel Hill Main Street area. Will be going more in the future.

I love canes! I am originally from Louisiana, and the food is almost just as good as it was there.

I expect this location to get better with time as it's still fairly new, and super busy being a college location. The food is still really good, the staff handle the lunch rush as well as they can, and the atmosphere is chill.

There is an elevator to reach the second floor dining area, elsewise it's a bit of a climb up some stairs before you can sit to eat.

There are also locks on the bathroom doors, which are gender neutral / single space bathrooms. The code is 1 2 3 4 5. I'm not sure why there are locks on the doors, nor am I sure where to get the code. Thankfully someone passing by was able to give it to me.

Overall, we drove 50 minutes to have canes again, and it was worth it! It's a bit pricey compared to Zaxby's, but the bread and tenders in my opinion are better at Canes.

So glad there’s finally a Canes in the Triangle!! The atmosphere is great and the UNC theming is nice. Obviously the chicken tenders are delicious and the Canes sauce is perfect! Staff were very nice and even offered to bus our table for us. Bathrooms require a code so make sure you ask for one. Can’t wait to come back!

This place is so chill. I usually take my son and his friends here so they can have a meal by themselves. I let them eat alone, but I’m always one or two shops away. And the food… holy cow it’s A M A Z I N G ! They were not lying about that sauce

I live in the Raleigh area but make time to come to Canes about once a month. Clean floors/tables, delicious food every time, and fast service (even when the line is out the door).
