McDonald's

Since discovering this gem of a McDonald's, I visit several times a week for breakfast. I love you, crew!! Fast service, delicious food, friendly staff. Thanks, team, for being there. My mornings are greatly improved by your amazing example. Muchas Gracias mi amigas!!

This is the best McDonald's in Durham and maybe the best McDonald's on the East coast. It is located halfway between Duke University and UNC at Chapel hill. It is always clean and it smells good inside. The staff are observant and kind. The service is excellent. The food is the best that a McDonald's burger could possibly be. Parking is ample and there's handicap friendly entrance.

This is by far the best McDonald's in the entire triangle IMO especially when Kareem is working. He is a manager and I've noticed when he's on shift things move quickly and efficiently. Never in the drive-thru longer than 5 minutes with him on duty. I'm at this McDonald's multiple times a day and by far when he's on duty it moves quick.
The rest of the employees are amazing and very helpful. Like I said I think this is the best McDonald's in the entire triangle area.

10 out of 10 probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. They have a great team of employees working there with good leadership It seems from the outside looking in.
If more McDonald's operated like this their profit margin would probably double.

all 5 stars bc this is the best a mcdonald’s can get. always fast and what i ordered. drive through and dining room are both elite. absolutely flawless deserves a 4.8 rating for sure.

This is a consistently great McDonalds with excellent service and fresh food. I feel like it must be managed well. There is a closer one to me but I always go to this one.

It's good as usual and honestly great the food felt weird but it's probably because I haven't had it in a while but overall great like yes its great there is no bad or twist it's just good

I go here a lot when I’m busy with stuff in the area. The ladies here are super nice and keep things moving efficiently. The inside is renovated and they have an ordering kiosk if you want to use that. Plenty of seating and space inside, and clean. The back parking lot is cozy and wooded if you just want to eat in your car after getting drive-thru. I used to do that a lot but now my window doesn’t work so I go inside. Just be careful going in and out because the road is narrow and often has truckers parked in the gravel, also people often don’t read the enter/exit signs and have trouble navigating the sharp turns. But that’s not the business’s fault.

Great customer service. I needed to charge my phone and they let me borrow a charger. Definitely the best McDonalds in the triangle

Yes , Sir this McDonald's was the best experience I have had excellent food it was fresh and didn't smell old and set out for hours the owner rang me out he even suggested that I choose a certain dish per my price range..He was excellent the customer service was great and the food was delicious 👍👍👍👍👍❤

I gave 4 stars on the food because the food I've gotten from them has always been exactly as I expected and made correctly but it's still McDonald's food, and I just can't give even the best McDonald's food 5 stars lol but seriously this is the nicest cleanest McDonald's I think I've ever seen and the employees are always very nice.

I would like to congratulate Juan and his crew on running the best McDonalds that I have eaten at in the US and Europe. I have eaten at a lot of McDonald's over the years and this team produces consistent high quality food. The service is highly efficient and done with a smile. I come here every Friday and have always been delighted.

We ordered using the kiosk. Everything went smooth. When they brought our meals over they were minus the kids milk. Not a big deal. Overall very satisfied.

This team is perfect, no other McDonald's gets my order perfect EVERYTIME!!! They always cheerful and warm. Quick precision-team work is rare and this team puts in the effort and love. The store is always clean, supplied, and great smelling. I'd give more stars if I could!

Spotless. We needed to stretch our legs during our road trip and popped in for fries and sodas. It's one of those newer McDonald's that you order from a very large user friendly touch LED board and they bring it out to you. People may not like the lack of customer service but inputting everything yourself and making sure everything was correct without having to wait behind customers, well we liked it.

My experience was great. Hot breakfast. Fast service. Wish more locations were like this location in Chapel Hill, NC.

Got to have my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. I'm so glad it's back in some places. Missed being able to get it in Missouri, though. It hasn't returned there.

Clean and Ramari has excellent service. The young man surveyed the restaurant constantly and asked if anyone needed help. Good to go above and beyond. Great service
