I have been with Ellen Nita - State Farm Insurance for two years. I am very satisfied with their service. I work with Valorie Pilicer, who provides excellent customer service. She is knowledgeable and answers all my questions patiently. It has always been a pleasure communicating with her and other staff in the office.

Love Valorie who works at this office. She is knowledgeable, attentive and responding promptly to all my questions and concerns. It is so nice to have an agent who you can trust and reach easily. She was recommended highly by a friend of mine and I am so glad I found her. Other staff in this office are also courteous and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place, especially Valorie!

I called State Farm in Princeton because my regular Allstate agent couldn't find coverage for my new condo. He said it was because I'd had a small claim three years ago and now no one would approve me. He'd been turned down by 7 underwriters. Joell at State Farm found me inexpensive coverage by the end of the day. She said I was definitely eligible and she'd had no trouble. I was so relieved because I couldn't close on my condo until I had insurance and the closing was scheduled for the next day. I am so grateful to her. We have been dealing with Ellen Nita and her office for over 20 years. They hold all of our family’s policies and we have stayed with her even after we moved out of the local area. Nancy was fantastic when I was seeking an auto quote. My former insurer raised our rates to an astronomical number, and I was extremely upset. Nancy calmed me down and helped with a much more reasonable price. Everything was completed quickly. I can't say enough about how great the experience was!

We have been served by Ellen Nita State Farm agency for nearly 25 years. Ellen personally helped us right in the beginning to find the best combination of policies for us. Not only it saved us significant money and gave us peace of mind, but also helmed me to obtain business insurance when I was doing consulting work at almost no extra charge. Since then Rosemary at the agency has helped us to adjust our policies to our needs as we got older. Most recently, my wife had a minor collision. Other party insurance company insisted on splitting the responsibility. With advice from Rosemary we supplied the appropriate information and the dedicated specialists at the State Farm requested an arbitrator decision. At the end, arbitrator decided for us and all repair costs were paid by the other party insurance company. Our insurance premiums was not effected as a result.

I usually deal with Joelle, any time I reach out, she is always quick to respond ( within 20 minutes sometimes) . I always get a response the same day or next day at the very latest.
I get notifications when there is a possibility of lower rates, they have bundled and saved us quite a bit of money on my insurance through the years.
