Burlington

Today was my first time visiting. The store was super clean and neat . Everything was in a section of its own and not hard to find. In my honest opinion this is the first Burlington store that Ive been in and it was not messy. Ive been in four other stores in NC! The employees were also nice! 😊

Found about everything we needed

I waited 20+ mins just to check out, mind you the cashiers are moving like molasses, and the manager came up there to solve a customers issue but didn’t attempt to grab customers from the line, which was at least 15 people in line. At least 4 people behind me left because it was that long. The time is 2:50 and you go back for the last 20 mins on the video you will see how ridiculous this was. I’m still writing this review in line still!!!!

Slow cashier, waiting 25 minutes to check out. Manager is sitting and chatting while line is growing. Go to kohls or target instead.

First time here. Hardly anything on the shelves.

Be careful when making a big purchase and make sure you have all your bags. I made a large purchase and they didn't give me all my things. When I went back to complain, they said they couldn't do anything. I told them to please look at the cameras. They told me they would call me to tell me what happened, but I never received any call.

Tengan cuidado al hacer una compra grande y asegúrense de tener sus bolsas completas , hice una compra grande y no me dieron todas mis cosas, cundo regresé a reclamar dijieron que no podían hacer nada les dije que por favor vieran la cámaras me dijieron que me llamarían para decirme lo que paso pero nunca resivi ninguna llamada ni se tomaron la molestia de investigar lo que pasó! No regresó más !
