Monro gave exemplary service to fix a serious problem with my car. The whole team were so fine in explaining the work they were doing to fix it and so courteous. I can recommend the team and their expertise 100%.

The Saugerties NY Monro shop really helped me out of a bad situation. I was on an interstate trip down the NY Thruway when I all my dashboard lights came on had to limp my truck over to the shop after I googled them and called. Thank God they work all day Saturday. They correctly diagnosed the problem got me a new alternator and serpentine belt and installed them the same day. Even had a flat screen streaming commercial free TV to watch in warm comfort while they worked. God Bless those guys they were great !

These guys have been my mechanics for several years and I'm constantly floored at how often they go the extra mile for their customers.

Top-notch diagnosticians, super-fairly priced, honest to a fault, unbelievably friendly, and will work hard to get you an appointment ASAP, often the same day.

They also don't charge you to plug in the OBD2 reader to pull codes for you, unlike some other really well-reviewed competitor in town ($99 to pull a code? Yeah, I don't #$&! think so--yup, still bitter I went there first).

Just truly great people.

I stopped here on March 27 on my way from NJ to Saratoga Springs, losing pressure with a screw in my tire. They were able to get me in quickly, patch the hole, check my other tires and get me back on my way! All for $32! Extra bonus was they had the proper lift to fit the jacking points of my Tesla. Great service and the guys were very friendly and personable!

Great service! Spoke with Jordan who set up an appointment for the same day and they took care of our 4 wheel alignment in less than an hour. We are non profit organization and he handled the tax exemption. Highly recommended!
