ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I went here looking for a new mom car because my sister bought a car here a few years ago and i showed a friend of mine this place back in Febuary they had a great experience with them but unfortunately i didnt get the same i receved terrible coustomer service from the owner when I was trying to buy a car from them I had been looking for a car with 3 rows of seats to accommodate all of my children I waited a few months for them since my friend got her car I left my number for them to call me when they got a new shipment never received a call but didnt think anything of it i figured they were busy when I drove by a few weeks ago I noticed they finally had something instock I went up there and unfortunately I didn't have my husband with me since I'm a stay at home mom he had to be there so I told them he wasn't gonna be home til Monday and they told me the car I wanted wasn't going anywhere and it would still be there (it was the only one on the lot that would accommodate my family) so we show up on monday the car is gone I asked them what happened they told me they sold it I reminded them of the conversation we had on Friday and they told me we'll you didn't put anymoney down(no one told me I had to put anymoney down or I would have) so as I was leaving I was irritated of course not paying attention to where I was going and tripped on the metal frame of the door and grabbed the door handle to catch my self from falling I returned later that day when the owner was leaving he said he'd be right back no big deal so we left to get some food I call to make sure he was there he then tells me he dosnt wanna sell me a car because I was upset I didn't cuss or be rude or anything yea I was upset because they told me they weren't gonna sell the only car they had on the lot that would fit my whole family and that they didn't tell me to put some money down to make sure it wasn't sold I had 3000 I could have put down to make sure it wasn't sold maybe if they had better communication it wouldn't have been a problem he also tells me I hit his door when I was leaving which never happened so I can only guess he was talking about when I tripped leaving the first time either way I'll never recommend anyone to this place agian!!! the same guy also owns the car dealership on York street infront of the cemetery we went there before all this happened they were only gonna take 1000 for my truck for the same vehicle I was looking at and same price they had at 3 rivers and at 3 rivers he was gonna take my car and just use it as the down payment just makes 0 sense

3 Rivers Auto plex in Muskogee Oklahoma they have illegally and unlawfully detained my vehicle that I am purchasing it from them. I am not behind on my payment as of today. They refused to give me my keys when I brought it to be serviced. They told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and drove it all over town for 45 minutes. So when I stated that there in fact is a problem worth the car they have known about it from day one and that I was getting a second opinion the owners cussed me, threatened me and scared me going off screaming and yelling cussing me. He states I am trash and he will not listen to anything I say. I have went to the Muskogee police department and they laughed at me. That’s fine I will be bk tomorrow morning with the Muskogee Police department and or deputies. They also have a car lot on York street that Mr. Palmer also ownes. He is the one who verbally harassed me and cussed me. When I repeatedly asked for my keys he would not tell me why he was keeping them besides the fact he states he didn’t have to do a gd thing and wasn’t going to listen to trash. Has anyone else had problems with this new car lot? I’ve purchased from the lot on York but have never from these jerks. I will be contacting a lawyer and will be filing formal charges for theft of property, pain and suffering. I’ve missed work because of this. The man scares me yelling at me that it’s made my anxiety through the roof. 3 rivers auto plex are shiesty people. Please any suggestions or HELP
