DO NOT DO AUTO PAY!!! 6 years ago T-Mobile cleaned out my account of $650.00 BY MISTAKE!! Took months of arguing with customer service to get it back.

I canceled this service 6 months ago and now they’ve taken me to collections because THEY gave me a discount for connectivity issues and now tYHEY WANT THE DISCOUNT BACK.. THATS RIGHT, THEY SUED ME FOR THE DISCOUNT…

Every customer service agent will give you a different story and they’ll argue that you don’t pay your bills…
WORST OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH.
These folks are thieves..

I am a senior that has been with this company for over seven years , was trying to take advantage of there new Wi-Fi offer for 49.00 a month , well the wife signed up and they gave her some tracking devices that they said was free no charge, well we got the bill and they took it upon themselves to activate the trackers my bill went from 112.00 a month to 248.00 a month, I don’t think this was explained well at all and the manager at the store was a jerk saying you can return everything at a restocking fee, you know what I will go back to Sparklight where at least they treat you honestly

Nampa is the most populous city in Canyon County, Idaho, United States. The population was 100,200 at the 2020 census. It is Idaho's 3rd most populous city. Nampa is about 20 miles west of Boise along Interstate 84, and six miles west of Meridian. It is the second principal city of the Boise metropolitan area.
