Love this clinic. We switched here from spring park a few years ago for both pediatric and regular provider care. Very pleased with our decision. Dr. Kurtz and Dr. Jahnke are amazing! Receptionists are always attentive and helpful as well. Thank you so much!

Dr Kurtz is the best, even when she wasn't technically my mom's and my doctor and we both had covid really bad, she would check up on us contiously all hours of the day and night and she was in early pregnancy at the time! I felt if a doctor would be this attentive and caring not being her current patient, I figured she must be the best doctor IF we were! She impressed us so much, as soon as we got out of the hospital, we switched over to her as our doctor and have been very happy ever since. She really cares like doctors of old and she doesn't force her opinions about vaccines on you like many doctors are doing today. If you're looking for a new doctor, you won't be disappointed if you choose her!

Dr Kurtz is wonderful! I stopped going to drs unless it was an emergency years ago. I started taking my parents to dr Kurtz and saw how caring she is. I decided to take the plunge and make an appointment for myself. To say she has literally saved my life is not an exaggeration. In all my years I have never been treated with such care, respect, and understanding. She listens. She’s extremely smart, and capable. I’m a huge fan of her, the very professional staff, and the clinic. Clean, small and not intimidating.
People often complain, but don’t take the same amount of time to compliment for a job well done.

I have seen many doctors, physicians and specialists over the years and have never been as impressed with one, as I am with Dr. Lucy Kurtz. Not only is she extremely smart and knowledgeable, she has compassion and heart and really listens to you. The clinic itself is also very clean and comfortable. It’s never a fun thing to go to the doctor but the friendly staff make it much more enjoyable.

I cannot day enough good things about Dr Wade Swenson. He is very thorough and spent the time to give me appropriate help. Also when I called the nurse line I was always called back within ten minutes. I am glad I saw him when I did. He impressed me with his knowledge and skill. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kurtz is the best doctor in the entire world. I moved to Duluth and haven’t been able to find a doctor even close to as good as her. I’d drive to the cities to see her if I had to go to an in person appointment.

Dr. Kennedy is the BEST EVER! So kind and listens so well and does the best job ever I have never had a better doctor! Highly recommend!

I see their ENT physicians out of this location and Waconia. I really like the care I get. Dr Larsen has a dry sense of humor and I know he has my health as a priority.

The staff at this clinic is very kind and courteous. I am happy I found such good medical care close to home!

Great place, great environment

Had a decent experience initial experience until provider canceled last minute on my infant. We had an important visit scheduled and then was not able to reschedule with her until November. *** please do not take on new patients if you have no room for rescheduling

Doctors seem good but the support staff and nurses are not patient focused. Messages in the app are not returned and calls are not returned.

I have been to four doctors there and I'm writing this years after the fact, as now I have seen what good doctors look like. Of the four the first asked unnecessarily probing questions and when my dad saw her she misdiagnosed his cancer. The second, convinced me I had MS months before I was able to see a neurologist who proved the contrary. Another scheduled me for surgery and cancelled the day of and only after I had already been prepped for surgery with the IV in. The last one - THE BEST ONE I HAD - went on to become the doctor that prescribed Prince his fatal fentanyl. You've been warned.

I had an appointment scheduled for a prescription injection. Less than an hour before my appointment, Dr. Kennedy's nurse called me and said I wasn't allowed to get my prescription unless I came in for a physical. They could not get me in for a physical that afternoon and refused to allow me to get my time-sensitive medication and then schedule my physical for another date (despite not giving me any notice). I came in for the physical a few days later. After that, I kept getting bills for the physical even though that is covered 100% by my insurance. After numerous calls to Rideview's business office, they finally informed me that my appointment didn't meet the criteria of a physical even though they were the ones who made me schedule it. The billing office gave me the contact information of the clinic manager of the Excelsior location to hopefully help. I left numerous messages and haven't gotten so much as a call back. I have been a patient with Ridgeview for more than 15 years. I am so disappointed with this experience and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I got a covid test this morning. The front desk was very nice, however I was appalled at the cleanliness and standard during my test. Firstly my DOB kept being incorrect (system error, not a huge issue) but the woman administering my test was not wear gloves and was sniffling and coughing. She left me in the room unattended to figure out my DOB and another nurse entered my room to get supplies and was surprised to see me. I felt more unsafe and exposed while there than before I entered.

Worst you can never get in and when you can you tell them a time you can go and they say they have that time open they always schedule you at the time you can’t go. This is the 5 time it’s happened to me. They don’t even try to fix it and they blame you. Because they are perfect

We were really hoping to make this our clinic as we are new to Excelsior, but it is not going to work out. Doctors are not doctors, they are doctor assistants that cannot provide full service. You go in and they just refer you to someone else.
