Great location and staff are friendly and awesome

I am not sure what changes have happened in the run of this location but certainly this location has gone downhill in customer service. If you want your meds on time don't precure services here. I have contacted the corporate offices before for a rude pharmacist who had me go around the building to the back of the line in the drive thru because my prescriptions were not ready about a year ago. I have timely meds to pick up and hearing from my doctors office that they are not answering phone calls sound all too familiar. I feel embarrassed I recommended this pharmacy to my loved one. I will be following up with corporate again to check what's happening and request a board review of this location. Also checking with BBB to see what can be done to better their services. You are advised of the questionable service and lack of prompt refill on meds.
