I come to do vaccines. They give u several reasons not serve you. Either it’s too close to their lunch time or they don’t have enough people. Even if you have appointment

I have historically obtained prescriptions from this Rite Aid. Their level of service has gone down dramatically. They fail to maintain supplies of the same medication. They provide inconsistent information. Each month they seem to have a new pharmacist. If the information given to me today by the current pharmacist is accurate, it would mean that her two predecessors each committed a crime by dispensing a controlled substance in a manner inconsistent with the law. If the information given to me today was inaccurate, it would mean that she either was lying or did not care about ascertaining the truth. I would recommend visiting a different pharmacy.

they almost never answer the phone. I still went, got there, there was nobody even in line so they were basically just ignoring the phone lol. they didn’t even have what I needed which was why I was calling to ask. so not only did I waste my time calling for hours I wasted my time even going in. literally hours of my time wasted for what would’ve taken them 30 seconds, 1min max to answer.
