I have had a post office box here since 1991. I have over these many years found the service from the staff to be very consistent. I think they do a good job. The counter staff is always polite even when understaffed and busy. They also keep the entire building very clean. The building is getting older and could use a little more work but is very well kept. Yes, I think this post office does a great job.

WAY better than UPS or FED-EX as of around today's date, minus the attitude of some of their mail carriers.

Post office removed convenient stamp vending machines and now you have get in line to get one postage stamp. Only open for 2hrs on Saturday!!

McComb Ms post office never any the phone ANY day of the week, I know they are not that busy Everyday whereas they can't answer the phone for important questions. So sad!

No way people are staying at this office, I don’t mind helping out, but the routes are overburdened with packages on the rural side, they need to start cutting some routes, if not not, no subs will ever stay at this office

I am sick and tired of USPS taking my packages to the wrong address all the time. I order stuff way from Africa and it cost me a lot to ship my items here, and all they do is take my stuff to the wrong address when the right address is BOLDLY written on the parcel. This is just so unprofessional on their part. You all really need to relax and stop been in a hurry when delivering people parcels, to avoid this huge mistake all the time!!!

This post office has consistently not delivered my packages from Amazon on the delivery date due. On one particular occasion, I went to pickup a package, they couldn’t find it. And I stood there over 30 minutes, waiting to speak to a manager. But the next day, the package was on my front porch. This is intolerable. I realize COVID-19 has reeked havoc when it comes to delivery of packages, but if there is a way to not use the USPS, I will find it.

They continue to not deliver my packages saying the driveway was not accessible when it is all they have to do is walk or drive up the driveway if the items do not fit in the mailbox & they are to lazy to do so .. so my packages are consistently late!

Cassandra, the chubby kinda light skin woman, is the rudest person I've come across...I've dealt with her several times and not one time has been pleasant. I'm not posting this out of a personal vendetta just very unprofessional.

DELIVER THE PACKAGE. YOU WERE ALREADY AT MY FRONT DOOR. There was no signature required. 0/10. Always misplacing packages or holding packages at the office!

These ladies refuse to do their job they keep giving me the run around or refuse to help me with my passport when finally done with my paper work they tell me we can do pass port picture for 15$ I told them ok then they refused to do it an told me go to Walgreens ladies are lazy

Getting mail at 8 pm compared to when we first moved here we were getting mail from lunch to 3 pm now everyother day ??

Package sent from Baltimore took two days to get to McComb but they have to keep it a whole day LOL Backwoods people
