Rite Aid Pharmacy

No matter how busy they are. They are extremely kind and helpful with any problems. I appreciate a competent staff!

Two young men with a hair straightener and popcorn kernels were at the store. They seemed very jet lagged.

The pharmacy staff is delightful here! Extremely friendly, accommodating, and understanding they always make you feel at ease and comfortable no matter what you are there for! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Has a lot of selection and restrooms are an added bonus, However, there are times that cashiers / associates do not want to extend themselves to assist customers that have custom requests or needs, particularly if they are presumed to have challenges.
Pharmacy staff are overwhelemed and burnt out and as such this transpires to the customers and like energy is passed at times when comfort, assurance and understanding is needed for complex and sometimes private issues.

They got da medication but can be slow on the uptake sometimes i dont get my meds till the next day, but they got a good selection of odds and ends

Having trouble getting a prescription. Not sure who dropped the ball on this one

I live 17 miles away. They call to inform me tx is is done & waiting...I go all the way in & there are no tx there for me. A wasted long trip. That's happened 3 times this year do far. I need new pharmacy.

Very bad experience and I'm a new customer. The pharmacist was very rude and had an issue with me because I used her pharmacy for convenience to pick up my prescription on the way home which is also in connellsville. I have a feeling that's why they are shutting down rite aids. I won't be using her ever again to ever fill a prescription.

Called on a Tuesday about my daughter's prescription they said give us an hour, never filled it, they said first thing Wednesday and still never filled it, had to sit around on a Thursday for 25 minutes in the store, FINALLY GOT IT !!

The line is so ridiculous every time I pick up my prescriptions. I wait in line for 30 minutes each time when only 1 or 2 cars are in front of me.

Worst experience I have ever had at the pharmacy. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Threw the bag at us like it was nothing. Definitely changing pharmacies.

Can't leave zero stars. This is the worst pharmacy in Pennsylvania. You get a text your scripts are ready drive to town wait in line and not ready . 2 hours go back 3 hours later not ready. Most scripts there out of have to back order. If a regular customer is on a script wouldn't you stock it

saw a commercial for free flu shots at rite aid no appt needed...went to cville rite aid and was told I'd need to make an appt...they werent busy and I was the only person in the pharmacy...typical connellsville mediocrity...

If i could give the pharmacy a negative 0 i would those young girls working was so rude to us an sat there and laughed at us. I been going there for 10 + years i will not go back after this.
